Cashier was very friendly and made sure to let everyone who walked in know what color was 50% off that day. The store is pretty organized.

Very sleepy store. Couple items were ok. Didn’t buy because the lady working behind the counter was horribly rude to an elderly lady who was interested in purchasing Christmas bells. She questioned the entire store on who had the ringing bells before snatching them away from the elderly lady and placing them on the counter. Beware of cashier!

Could be a little more organized. Very time consuming having to look through every shirt and pant in the store toTry and find the size i need. When I come here I only do if I have well over an hour to shop because things arent organized in sizes.

Holy Moses their prices are high. I visit a lot of thrift stores in multiple states, they are priced at urban Goodwill pricing. The base prices are on the upper end of acceptable ($7 jeans), but, they go way over the top on marking up individual items. (Busted boots for $60, low end mall brand shirts at $11, belts at $10) Judging by the dates on the tags, they arent moving merchandise all that quickly.They do the color of the week half off sale, but, that only gets you down to reasonable prices.Store is clean and nicely organized.

Terribly customer service. The lady would not let me buy a purse because it didn’t have a ticket on it. I asked her what she would take for it? She said she didn’t have time to look it up. Unbelievably rude.

Thats where I buy my clothes I bought two pair of Wrangler jeans for $7.50. and the people there are super nice

Maybe it was the rainy gloomy day, maybe we interupted the overworked, underpaid lady we had to wait for at the counter. All I know is as seniors and visitors from out of town inquiring about a pair of boots for our grandson. Dont make the mistake to ask about a senior discount, or heaven forbid aspects of returns for credit if a pair of used boots dont fit a kid who isnt with you. We were talked to like dont ask questions, do you want them or not, if not get out attitude. We left not making a purchase and then noticed a 15% off shoes sign handwritten on the lower part of the front door.Thrift stores are a big help to the senior and low income community and we appreciate Goodwills, Sal. Army and the like, but as for the old lady at the Kerrville Salvation Army...Dont ask questions, just buy it and get out. Or a least consider not going at 2pm on a Monday when maybe some other person can help you.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoy searching thrift stores looking for items we need and some wonderful treasures-but the handful of times we have frequented this store we have been sorely disappointed. The staff/volunteers are either clueless or extremely rude, we just left this place after being told to move while looking at items to purchase then to have someone pick around my cart! To tell me what was and wasn’t priced properly-the whole experience has left me at loss for words to properly describe the level of rudeness. We left our cart in the isle after once again being insulted by individual working thereWe will not return

Lots to look at with color of the day half off. Every time I go into this store I always find at least one item to buy at fair prices. Staff is very helpful and nice. Clean and organized.

I was just there and I was wanting to know if I could look at some jewelry. I waited and there was a guy putting prices on things. I looked up several times walked back and forth. I even stared at him.... No response. Bad customer service. I was interested in a few things. Oh well. I walked around and shelves are the same old same old old. This store when the women work I buy because they notice potential customers. Also do interior roof repair before or after and Mark it off. Ill never be back.

Wednesday had half price deals, found so many neat items here at a good deal. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will return again.

Found everything I was looking for as I prepared for winter. Best part is, if I decide to give it to whomever I please at these prices it doesnt hurt. Cool.

This salvation army thrift store is totally bogus! Everything is exceptionally out dated, and their merchandise is always the same/ they dont ever get any new items. Its such a disappointment, especially after noticing how packed their donation boxes would be, that is before they removed the boxes.

This is a very good thief store ment for a good cause . It funds to the homes which really is a great cause . I recamand jessica. She is a very nice lady that will help you with all your problems .

MISLEADS Community/Donors into believing they are Doing the MOST Good - Sheltering Homeless... Yet they ONLY allow 3 days regardless of circumstances (Domestic Abuse, Being Stranded, Etc.) then happily kicks them to the streets in ALL weather conditions - Lightning Storms, Downpours, it DOESNT matter... And the staff is ABUSIVE to the homeless, threatening to DEPRIVE people of food and showers... A DISGUSTINGLY CORRUPT INSTITUTION!!!

I though the prices were higher than other Salvation Army stores thoughout the country. Update: Lazy warehouse person would not take donation before their cut off time so I speak with the warehouse manager to give a donation.

Crazy overpricing...their pricing staff is way too impressed with common Dept store clothing brands. Even cheap Walmart junk that should be a couple bucks are usually $6.99 to $9.99. Might as well go buy it new at Walmart, or on the last Tuesday of every month, at Belk :/
