5 stars for superb service.My quartz countertops are amazing.Jeff came out and measured precisely and because of that; the installation was flawless. The minute I walked into that showroom I was treated with that friendly Texas attitude. Seriously wouldn’t recommend any other Company for countertops. I love it when a plan comes together! First of all we want to thank Jeff Mitchell in the Kerrville office Who came out the same day to measure our kitchen and patiently helped in the selection of our beautiful counter tops. I could easily reach him by phone with any questions or concerns. Everyone involved were great. Alpha has a great team! The two installers Rudy and Alfredo did an awesome job. Alpha Granite installed all of the countertops in our new home. Jeff was very helpful, but not pushy during the decision making. Which can be overwhelming. He always had time for us when we needed him, professional and put us at ease during the process. We are very happy with the end results.

The workmanship is superb! We had custom chiseled edge granite countertops made for the kitchen. Building from out of state was worrisome, but after spending time in the showroom and speaking to them we feel we made the right choice. Jeff at Alpha Granite was professional and always returned phone calls. They came out before and after the cabinets were installed to measure twice for accuracy. We highly recommend Alpha Granite!

Went there for a class. Loved it

Poor quality granite and even worse installation. Look at the finished product photos which show large gaps left at wall. They do not caulk the top seams or gaps they leave. This is due to the poor fabrication.
