San Saba has been amazing to work with! Its tough getting materials right now due to the delays from the pandemic, but never once was I out of the loop. They always responded to my questions hastily and pacified me when I was uneasy. Thank you San Saba! Anyone that needs hats for their team give San Saba a shot, they wont disappoint.

I had a horrible experience at San Saba Cap Inc.They took almost 2 months to finish my order and at the end they only gave me part of my items and they were really rude when I asked them to check my order and count my items that I had ordered ignoring me and not giving me a good answer about my missing items but they still wanted to charge me for all the items. Definetly I do not recomend this place.

Its kind of a neat story. We had bought a cap from another business and really liked it. When I contacted the owner of the business he sent me to San Saba Cap and informed me that they also made his patch. We had never had caps made before as we are newly branding our farm. Jenny took our logo and worked with us to create a design we were happy with on the caps. Well, they just arrived and we love them. The patch is really nice. We couldnt be happier. Ive included a picture. The cap is a Richardson 112 and the patch design was Jenny Caesar. Thanks guys - cant wait to see our hoodies and jackets! I purchased and placed a custom order over a month ago. After a week past when i was supposed to receive the items, i reached out to discover a delay, where the sales representative responded with “blargh” instead an apology, and notified me that half my order wasn’t being made anymore. A month after purchasing and item from their site that they offered i had to reach out to get an update that it’s simply not goi g to be made. No apology for the lack in communication or inconvenience, just a “blargh” and blaming on Covid when you shouldn’t have anything on your site to sell that you actually can’t sell. Really disappointing customer service experience, i would not recommend using this company.

Getting prices for company shirts. Staff is very knowledgeable about their products and pricing seems reasonable. If not in stock they will order items for you.

This is a top- notch company! Very nice people! They go above and beyond! I ordered special koozies for my daughters wedding last minute and they delivered. The color was spot on! Will never go anywhere else!!!! Outstanding San Saba cap!!!!!!

Placed my order gave a $100 deposit...was promised a call back in two days on order. Order never was processed came back three times two weeks later. could even find order after third time. Got a refund, though.Very unprofessional....the guy handling orders.

First attracted by favorable pricing, I quickly learned I was dealing with a top quality company regardless of price...which is better still considering the low price. The process was easier with more attention to detail and handling of my small order than Ive experienced dealing with local suppliers. I will be calling San Saba again without hesitation.

Ryan is a great resource. I trust him with all my logos. The selection they have is massive on what they can do. Caps, shirts, logos and more. I cant say how impressed I am. I will shop no where else. High quality customer service as well.

Ordered some hats and the quality is great, exactly what we were wanting. These people were great to work with, fast, easy, and competitive pricing. We will definitely be coming back.

Not sure what happened here but they used to be great to deal with then they messed up $4000 worth of shirts and hats. John said he would remake them all and after about 8 months of spending countless hours of my time to sort out their mess, im still missing items. Fast forward, they ignore all my emails until one day they sent me invoices for, you guessed it, $4000, which I paid up front when I placed the order. After spending more of my time helping them sort out their accounting, I have yet to hear a word from them for the items I STILL havent recieved a year later.Only crickets when I contact them. Stay away from this company. Sad because they used to be a joy to work with.....

Do not order from this company. Not only did they not have the shirts in stock that I needed, I switched out to another shirt that was in stock and only ordered four shirts total. A month later I am charged for the four shirts plus the two shirts on back order that I’ve never would’ve wanted because they were too far past the function date I needed. I was charged for six shirts and didn’t even get any of the shirts in time to use them at the function I needed them for.
