Kelly, you really lucked out having a knowledgeable sales person and the experienced owner help you with your choices. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience and are now stuck with a $550 fan that does NOT work for us at all. Buyers be aware that you DO need help with your choices unless you are an expert. We had other items that would not work and the salesperson could have avoided all returns with just a few questions about our situation.

I walked in and the lady didn’t even knowledge us, she didn’t even say hello! But the guy sitting at the office area said hello and told the lady that we were looking for a chandelier. The lady then just sat down and did NOT care to help us at ALL. I was going to buy something but decided not to because of this,So we just left the store.

Great customer service! Denny and Melissa spent at least an hour and went out of their way to look up specifications on various fans to help me pick the right ceiling fan for my needs. I cant thank them enough for all their help. Shipping was extremely fast. The fan is up and I couldnt be happier. I love the fan so much, Im thinking of changing out some other fixtures. Ill definitely be visiting Hill Country Lighting Center again!
