I had a speed sensor that needed to be replaced and it was located in a hard to access area. I had a OEM replacement part and just needed a swap. After 4 days at the shop they somehow fried my ECU and blamed my issue on it. They installed the new sensor and then for some reason reinstalled the old one. I had an extra ECU from a scrapyard that I had just swapped prior to bringing it in to confirm it wasnt the issue. Luckily I had the original to replace the one they fried. 3 months after this REPAIR I had to pay another shop to replace the faulty sensor they reinstalled. I bought a new one as I feared they fried that as well. Wasted my time and money and I lost my backup ECU. All they had to do is own up to their mistakes instead of lying. They either didnt disconnect the battery or probed the line with too much juice. Either way they should of ate the cost. When I protested they dropped hints of how many hours theyve been working on it and that they could hold the car hostage with an outrageous bill. I decided a drawn out fight wasnt worth it and that instead they would not see my business again.

I have a foreign car that over the years has been difficult to get worked on by mechanics in this town. I am a single women and dont know much about cars, but I am intelligent and want to know the details of my car maintenance needs. MY first experience with All American Auto was so positive that I wanted to share it with others. Mark and the folks there go the extra mile to evaluate the problems of the vehicle, communicate those issues to the customer though detailed photos and explanations (via Youtube) and outline a course of action, including a detailed estimate of costs. So far, the work they have done on my vehicle is excellent and that, coupled with the efficient work they do and the excellent communications, lead me to fully recommend this business for your vehicle maintenance needs.

Mark was very patient when I needed to decide exactly what I wanted to do with my truck. He has a very good handle on how to treat his customers. ( I used to own my own business for years on the Island years ago and know that customers appreciate good service. It is VERY important part in running a business.) He was good when letting me know what options I had.

I have been going to All American Auto since they first opened. In the last 4 years, these gents have taken VERY good care of me and my familys vehicles. I LOVE their pickup and drop off service, very convenient.As a woman, its hard to find a mechanic that doesnt treat you like a woman when it comes to car stuff. These guys are open, straightforward, and I never worry that they may tweak something that would cause me to come back. They fix what needs to be and provide me with a list of other repairs they see should be done in a prioritized list that makes it easy to plan and budget.They go above and beyond, too! One day, I was driving along and a rock got stuck, REALLY STUCK, in the tire between the plate and the brake. It made a god awful noise and nothing I did would get it to loosen and drop. I drove the car up to them and they took care of it for me - no charge! These gents took time out of their very busy day to help me with it, and then waved me off with a smile. Who does that anymore? THEY DO! I am a very loyal customer and will tell ~anyone~ who will listen about why they should go there.And no, I am not in any way related to anyone who works there. Zero affiliation other than I will be their customer until they close or I die.

Man ... it happens every time I bring my business to these guys ... THEY ABSOLUTELY ROCK IT! When I schedule an appointment, I know what needs to be done. Mark and his crew have never disappointed me.
