We visited your store last July after it was highly recommended on board our ship. We loved the store and the sales people were very helpful. We purchased several things. Our favorite purchase was a bamboo fiber, queen sheet set which was shipped to our home in Roanoke, VA.. The sheets have been wonderful. However they now have several small holes in them. We have washed them separately and according to the manufacturers instructions. We paid approximately $239.00 for these sheets and certainly expected better quality. I contacted the manufacturer via email three days ago but they have not responded. We are very disappointed!
