The clearance sections are WONDERFUL! They truly have great service in this location. I spent 80.00 on clearance items and i have like 6 bags.

One of the cleaner Walmart’s I’ve been to. The associates are very friendly and have good attitudes. Usually a pretty fully stocked store.

Very friendly staff in Ketchikan Alaska Walmart they have just about everything you need they are about a mile and a half from where the cruise ship docks there used to be a free shuttle to Walmart however because of covid-19 the shuttle has seized so you now have to take a taxi to Walmart it was $25 going and $25 coming so you might want to maybe share a cab with someone so it wont be so much you can take the cruise ship free shuttle to downtown. However you get your usual shops which are your tourist shops and extremely pricey 1 t-shirts 30 $35 for a t-shirt that you can get the same t-shirt at Walmart for 12 bucks.

They have good prices and good people,Except the store owner wont updateWY Fi it always down cant take credit cards or checks. We spend 400. To 1000.When we shop from another island hate to carry all cash, yesterday the bank machine was down also had to drive back to town get cash, anyway this cost us time we had to cancel a stop to catch ferry on time. Thanks Wal Mart.

Basic walmart. Not a super center, pretty limited. The site doesnt have free in store pickup or delivery, it always quotes me location surcharge even for items available in the store currently. Staff is always helpful and nice, thats the extra star.

Love this place, the staff is helpful, the store is easy to navigate and the bathrooms are clean.However I wish there was more Food to choose from Fresh(Produce & Meat) and frozen meals.Great place to go for good prices on practically everything!

The only big name brand store in ketchikan besides Safeway. So basically if its not at Wal mart youre gonna be ordering it online. Smaller sized location but has plenty to choose from.

Lots of decent products for reasonable prices, lots of parking making it easily accessible.

I was late night shopping, close to closing, and the associates were friendly and helpful, and did not hurry me out the door.

Finally had swimming suits to start off the school year. I was able to get school clothes for 2 grade schoolers and a high schooler for less than $220

Would be 5☆ but for the limited stock. Very limited food selection, but they do have the basics, milk, bread, butter, cereal, lunch meat. They also stopped selling Stanley tools in favor of Hart, which should cost another ☆. Other than that, easily the cheapest place in town for whatever you may need.

Its good if you need anything other than food, shelves were poorly stocked and I felt profiled shopping and leaving. Subway was okay.Its good for quick stops but thats it.It be 0 stars but the lady helped me so 1 just for her. Miss in the cast, you and your coworker made me feel a little better.Like seriously be friendly...doesnt cost a dime.

Never really an open register, tho not Walmarts fault specifically but perhaps they could open more than just four self checkout registers on super busy days?

Honestly a pretty decent WalMart. Decent selection and the prives werent terrible. I had visited mainly to pick up some souvenirs for those back home and found a nice selection.

Typical Walmart. I have a campervan and have parked overnight here with no issues with a quiet night of sleep. They do not have oil change services.

Its the only Walmart in Ketchikan Alaska. A super Walmart would be fantastic but I do understand why not. The other two supermarkets here would go out of business and thats not fair to us.

Good but no hand sanitizer at the entrance. No hand sanitizer at registers. The hand sanitizer at the exit is constantly empty. But all employees wear masks and they require masks for customers.

Need to be more discreet & efficient about watching for thieves. Ive seen one person have her daughter put stuff in her backpack. & the mom got hostile towards me. When I didnt even say anything.Great prices. Wish they had fresh fruit & veggies.Love the app. Its better to be a customer. Dont be a person with integrity. Or youll reap the consequences, for sure. Or an activist.

Has pretty much everything you want for a decent cost. Anything youre looking for, this place definitely has in stock.

Its clean, the staff are nice and the selection is so so. Definitely is behind on the times with technology, but catching up. Prices are good, but the tax is terrible. Good go to for most items.

Generally, a good store. I typically find what I go there for, though I wish there were more selections for curtains, kitchen cloths, bedding, and whatnot.

Very well-stocked Walmart given the location, and prices are reasonable for these parts. Some staff are friendly, but there was one staff who was awful. I asked her where mens gloves are, she just said, I have no idea and literally walked off. I ding the Walmart a point for that, but other than that one employee everything else has been good. I appreciate the Subway restaurant on-site. Prices for things like ice cream and milk are probably the most reasonable in Ketch.

Great location that is super clean! I love that this Walmart has a ton of outdoor stuff as well as everything else you may need.

Honestly, the only place to get many things here in town. It is likely one of the smallest in the US but it covers your basic needs. Stock can get pretty low at times depending on shipments.The crowds can get out of the control in the summer with the cruise ship crews all coming in to by goods. There are often long lines and insufficient checkouts open.All in all its a Walmart, not much else to say!
