I have never rated a government agency. But, the employees at the Ketchikan office were very helpful and happy to help. Called several times from out of state and received great info. Give them a raise Alaska😎😉

For being in another building this department is well laid out. Lots of signs to direct you to which office to go to. If youre unsure everyone is super helpful. They never seem off put when you need more time with them as well.
