Was very well set up had large variety of furniture the staff was kind and helpful. We were given location of the store that had the pieces of furniture we wanted in stock we got the item delivered in same day. I recommend checking out big lots sure youll find a good deal

More furniture than anything. Has cheap stuff for the house and some groceries. Can kill 2 birds with one stone. It is close, needed a curtain rod, and was craving Hawaiian punch.

The new addition of Broyhill seems to have driven up the prices here quite a bit. Stay in your lane, big lots. Youre a step above the family dollar, but a step below literally anywhere else.

We spent a couple hundred dollars there because the shelves were stocked up and ready for holiday shopping. The store is clean and organized and the people were very friendly even other customers. Try them for a pleasant shopping trip, I am planning a return one real soon!

The best place to find a variety of things

So I love their furniture but I shouldn’t have to wait a month and a half to get it. Their “price hold” option is a joke. All they say is it could be on the next truck or the truck 3 to 4 weeks from now. We just bought a house so we really needed this. I guess they sell single pieces to people so if someone wants just the love seat or just the couch they just give it to them. Those are the people that should be put on “price hold.”Not the people who want the whole set. Not a very good way to do business. If you don’t have something in stock don’t put it out on the floor or put an out of stock sticker. Pay a lot of money to have to wait months to get it.

Spacious store with great patio furniture at good price, at least $200 cheaper than other stores.Same with living room & bedroom furniture. Name brands & though prices are high for Big Lots, they are low for the brands- Lazy Boy, Broyhill, Serta, etc.Great mattress selection & prices like furniture- high for Big Lots, but low for brand.Very clean store.Staff are nice but dont go out of the way to help or be seen to ask for help.They didnt have the mattress in stock that I wanted & when I asked about the display, employee said it was a sticker they scan & it wasnt available, which was a lie. It was $40 less than the price, & it was closing time. She just didnt want to deal with it, which I understand but she should not have lied or been so obviously annoyed to answer a 30 second question

We went there looking at patio furniture, and they were very over priced, we ended up going somewhere else.

Some of it seems a lil pricey for the quality but there are a lot of great options no matter what you are looking for.

This was a horrible experience. We were trying to make a return for our furniture and we were treated so terribly by Kathleen. Never ever want to return here again after the service we have received today.

Can tell the store is still going through their opening phase. Amidst all of this, store is relatively well cleaned and for the most part organized. This store has a large footprint with heavy emphasis on furniture sales.

Its good if I did not like I would go somewhere else.

Alot of the shelves were empty and no one was stocking. There were several people in the store. But not a word was spoken to us. This is a bigger store than the one on Wilmington. But it has less inventory.

This is a good Big Lots. Its a pretty new one - its in the old Elder Beermans location in the Kettering Towne Center. Because of that, its spacious and clean. Theyve done a major re-organizing and seem to have good sales often. This new store layout has more furniture than they used to and they now carry t-shirts with fun sayings on them.

It was clean but alot of empty shelves.

Tried to buy furniture today the kid was new selling the furniture and was nice. he was having difficulty called the manager over and she was rude and ignorant Ill take my furniture business elsewhere.

Refused to answer the phone for the furniture department. I’ve been here multiple times and no one is ever in the department and it always takes 15+ minutes for them to help me so i find it hard to believe they were on the phone at the desk no one is ever at. All i wanted to do was buy a couch which they’ve been out of almost every couch for months now.

Went to buy a chair and couch but they have nothing in stock probably because of the pandemic and would take up to 6 to 8 weeks to get anything. But the employees are very nice and helpful and the store itself is very organized and clean and nice!!

Manager was rude to my mother. Tried buying a fan but only one they had was the display, & when trying to buy it she said “that’s my display” in a rude tone. Didn’t even say they can try to find the fan for my mother in the back or try to accommodate. She was just straight up rude and was on her phone the whole time we were in the store (which was about an hour). We won’t be going back to this location and this was our first time there since opening. My mother did not appreciate the rudeness.
