Tim and Jacob installed two bay windows for us. Both men represented Pella in a positive, pleasant, and professional manner. They arrived on time, performed the work with care, answered any questions we had, cleaned the area, and removed all debris before leaving. Additionally, our experience with Pella reps who consulted with us, prior to the installation, was equally positive. Ryan who took our initial call was very helpful, as was Clint, who came to our home and measured for the replacement windows. Consequently, we would recommend Pella of Kettering to others.

I have weather damage on some older Pella window sashes. There is no Pella distributor in my area and I was not sure where to start to find repair or replacement. I called Pella in Kettering, Ohio and talked to Jenny. She answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment to have a representative come to my home to look at my problem. Today, Jacob came to look at my windows. He also, answered all my questions. So I have ordered new sashes that will be installed in March. So far, everyone at this company has been efficient, professional and extremely customer friendly. So much so, that I took a photo with Jacob to show how happy I am, even though it was extremely cold and bright this morning and you cant see my smile under the mask! I will update this review when the new sashes have been installed.

Sales consultant, Ryan Schmaus,arrived on time and spent two hours explaining the product, taking exact measurements, and going over every thing in great detail. I would highly recommend this company and this sales person.

Rescheduled twice and told third time given a later date.stayed home moved furniture and curtains.noone showed up,called and told was scheduled in two more days.will wait to see if happens. I know stuff happens but at a point it becomes rediculous.last time I will look them up for any service

We were in need of all new windows with new window sills and 1 sliding patio door replacement. All aspects of their sales, service and install were top notch. I was concerned about replacing windows in mid winter but the installers (JK Construction) were so quick & efficient, that my house didn’t really get very cold and they were very neat and friendly. They had allowed a week for the install and were done after 2 days!The salesman (Rob) gave us a very fair deal with an easy option for payment. The pre-install person (Jeff) was very knowledgeable about what it was going to take to install the windows and stain to match our current window trim. Excellent job all around!!!

I was doing a delivery. easy in an out less than 3 hours with 2/3 of the trailer full. nice people they will help you out if you are lost on where to park. or how to get into your spot.

We got our windows installed on the 18th of may. Whole set of Windows and a sliding door. On the 28th the ran through a hell of a test with an f3 tornado. None of the windows ended up damaged. The sliding door fought valiantly but gravity and a 60 yr old oak tree won. However youll note that somehow 1/2 the door stayed in 1 piece.Great product and great staff (sadly I due to all the excitement I forgot my installers names 😖). Highly recommend to anyone looking to update their windows.

The overall Pella experience was excellent. Jason L., who performed the patio door installation was early, kept the site clean, stayed on task, and kept me informed. Jason represents Pella very well and I would not hesitate to have him working on my house again.

I’ll adjust this rating after the consultation, but just got off the phone with a girl (7:30pm) trying to schedule an appointment, and the language barrier was horrific to say the least. Had to repeat my phone number and address about 6 times, and the spelling of my last name about 8 times. My recommendation, hire someone that’s speaks better english please. Again, I’ll adjust this rating after my in home.

Jason and Jesse installed my patio door today. They did a wonderful job, including cutting way rotten wood in the door frame and installing new wood. They both were kind and considerate the entire day even though the job took much longer than expected and it rained the whole time.

Jason and Jesse are the best! We had windows, doors and a slider installed. Their knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. Job well done fellas!

We just completed a window replacement at our house in early Nov. 2019. We had 15 windows replace, two sliding doors and a brand new window cut out and installed. Our experience with Pella from the initial due diligence and sales process through the measurement verification and planning process to the installation was excellent. Our sales rep, Rob Krynzel was very good to work with and helped us understand all the various options as we decided the specific windows and doors we wanted to invest in. He also worked to get us good pricing which we appreciated. Our Project Manager, Dustin Howard came out multiple times and stopped by during installation to make sure things were going well. Most importantly, the installation team lead by Jason Linville assisted by Jessie and a couple others were excellent. We couldnt have asked for a better, more personable and caring group of individuals than this group. They went out of their way to do the right thing and provide a quality installation including coming back in evenings and weekends to make sure everything was right. They made sure they cleaned up after their work and were happy to address any questions we had throughout the process. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Pella Windows and the Team of experts we had from start to finish.

My parents hired them to replace all of the windows in their house. My parents would never write a negative thing about anyone but this experience was so horrible I feel obligated to.First, Pella told my parents they would complete the job in 3 days. The job did not get completed for 6 months. They told my parents they would hire two workers to complete the job. They hired one guy who brought his 12 year old son to help. The guy ended up cutting into my parents drywall with a saw and then knocking out my parents electricity after cutting through wires (he hit something important but I don’t remember what it was called). My parent obviously told the guy that his services were no longer wanted and called pella requesting that they pay the electrican to restore power and that they hire someone else to complete the job.It took months of phone calls and back and forth before they fixed the issue. They refused to pay for an electrican for weeks and my father missed helping me move to Columbus to attend OSU as a result of fighting with pella over this issue. We were also unsuccessful at having pella come out and review the very poor job of the individual they hired to do the installation until months after the fact. My parents went all summer without having windows with insulation!I don’t care how good you think their windows are, nothing is worth dealing with this company. After 6 months they finally sent someone who was a professional to fix and finish the installation. However, they still wanted my parents to pay full price for a installation that was suppose to take 3 days even after they knocked out their electricity for weeks and didn’t finish the job for 6 months!Do business with this company at your own risk.

Replaced all the windows in my house plus my front door. Everything is beautiful and the quality of the windows as well as the installation has exceeded my expectations. Although there was a delay on two of my windows and the job isnt yet finished, Jason Linville and his crew Jesse and AJ did a great job not only installing the windows and new trim, but moving furniture, cleaning up, and making special accommodations for my pets.

Rob Krynzel was very helpful in his clear explanation of the different types of windows and services of Pella. I’ve never had a more pleasant experience in purchasing any other type of construction. Highly recommend Rob and Pella systems

I have some rotted sash on my home. Beginning in early June I left no fewer than four voicemails during business hours requesting someone call me. I wasnt too pushy as I realized the Memorial Day tornadoes had everyone overwhelmed. I was finally able to reach someone via phone in mid to late August. A service appointment was scheduled at my home on September 10th. The technician was on time and courteous. When he left he told me he would be in touch in a day or two with a quote. I never heard back from him. On September 16th I called again. I was told they were finishing up the paperwork and I would see something that day or possibly the next. Again, I heard nothing. I called again on September 20th. I was told they had no paperwork from the technicians visit to my home and they would have to schedule another service appointment. I politely expressed my displeasure with the experience thus far and asked if the next appointment could be expedited. I was told no, and it would not be for another ten days before a service tech could get to my home. Im obviously very frustrated at this point and not at all satisfied with the lack of customer service and follow up.

Buyer beware if you think you have Pella standing behind you think again. I was told sorry your wood rotted on 11 of your casement windows but we arent doing any discounts on replacing them after multiple class action lawsuits where they lost . I guess that is why people sue companies because they really just dont care. Very sad customer service. Buy a different brand
