I am a procrastinator and always do things last minute, but they are able and willing to accommodate. I like how you can get online and chat, they respond quickly and that makes it easier to get things scheduled for me. Elizabeth is very nice when I went in to drop my vehicle off and to pick it up.

Called multiple times trying to get a set of tires and was told both times they would call me back.. After 2 weeks and no call I ordered the tires myself and brought them in. They stated I would have to pay 190 upcharge plus tax for mount and balance because I didnt purchase tires through them even though I consistently tried. I left and took my tires to the dodge dealership and they mounted and balanced for $100 and a 3%discount for using cash. Moore Tires lost all my future business. They made shopping local a very frustrating experience.

Andy and Kyle were super knowledgeable and helpful. The quote they gave me was super accurate and that is always a good thing. And the gentleman that installed the lift on my wrangler did an excellent job. Would recommend this place to anyone!

The staff in Kewanee are always nice and helpful... Ive bought tires and gotten an alignment numerous times in the past and its always a good experience.. While on our way to Moore Tires this morning to replace all 4 tires on our fifth-wheel camper (we had a blowout last night, traveling with our spare tire on this a.m. and we thought we better just replace them all), POP…we managed to have another blowout on I-80!! We called Moore Tires and they were able to dispatch someone to us to get a new tire installed pretty quickly. We got to the shop and they squeezed us in and got us rolling in NO time. (They even let our hound inside the air conditioned & clean waiting area) Thank you Tony, Andy & all your crew for such great service. Definitely recommend.

Fine job with everyone involved. From the salesman and sales lady to the men who came out and put the tires on the village backhoe. Everyone was courteous and friendly even though they had a flood of customers at the time. I was given an estimate of how long I would be waiting and when they were a couple minutes past it, they came out and explained that a problem had occurred while pulling a tube in my mower tire and that it was taking a little longer because they were making sure things were right. It was only ten additional minutes and the work was done right. I’ll take that over on time any day! Thanks guys

These guys couldn’t have been more courteous, professional, and accommodating. We were traveling on vacation when we discovered we needed new tires on our travel trailer. We were on the way when a tire blew out. The came out pretty quickly, changed the tire on the highway. I had never gotten roadside assistance so quickly. When we got to the shop, they were quick. There waiting room was clean and the team there was so easy to deal with. These guys turned around what had been a rough day into a good day and got us on our way very quickly.

Good courteous service. Did the repairs and I was on my way home. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

I called at 3:15pm on Saturday because I had a tire that had a fairly major leak. Kyle told me to come on over and he will take a look and see if it can he repaired. Turns out I needed a new tire so he helped me secure some financing and helped me pick out the best tires for my driving needs. He even stayed well beyond closing time to put on 4 new tires.Being relatively new to the area, it makes me so happy that Ive found a tire shop that I can trust!Thanks so much Kyle!

Moore tires were very professional and friendly, clean and neat employees and building. Squeezed my van in this week before our road trip, for four new tires. While getting ready to change the tires, they found my shocks were worn out and leaking and explained replacement wasnt a safety issue,but more for comfort and keeping tread wear on new tires less. They made time to replace the tires and added on shocks, oil change, and did an alignment! Thanks to them well have a safe and comfortable road trip to West Virginia this weekend.

We were driving coast to coast and had a puncture on I-80 in IL. We were waiting on side of highway, called GEICO but they couldnt find anyone to help us. We called pretty much all the tire stores we can find within 100 miles and nobody had the right size tires in stock. If it wasnt for Andy A. and his crew we wouldve been screwed. They had the tires we wanted, sent a crew to I-80 to help us with the spare tire, and we followed them to their store for replacement. They did a fantastic job and finished within the hour. We were supposed to stay the night in Ohio and thanks to them we made it later that night.

Fantastic place. Moore Tires has helped me in a jam on more than one occasion. They even came out and changed my tire roadside while I went on to work on one occasion. Another time, they replaced my struts for a much more reasonable price than a dealership. The staff is always kind and beyond helpful. Fair prices and I have never felt like I was being pushed into spending money unnecessarily (like I have elsewhere). Thanks for everything!

The service was super great and the staff were very sweet people. They also had a really cute dog In the lobby when I went and it just helped make the atmosphere even more friendly and comfortable. True to their word they serviced my car exactly how they promised and I would 11/10 go back, and not just for the pup. Thanks to the cool guys that helped me the day I was there!

Made an appointment for an oil change and a 21pt inspection online which was great since I hardly have the time to call and make one. I dropped my vehicle off early and they were able to do the work and fix additional things before I had to leave for work. So if your looking for friendly, fast, and honest work then definitely give Moore’s a call or jump online and schedule an appointment! I will be recommending them to friends and family for sure!

They got tires in quick and put on day they came in. But went to pick truck up and was told keys were in truck it says there for 5hrs unlocked keys in ignition. Had have them fix Tpms sensors also cause weren’t reading right after install of new tires. Wouldn’t been for leaving my truck unlocked sitting outside in a side lot with keys in it would been much better rating

Entire staff was happy and willing to help. Also very understanding of specific customer needs vs available schedule time. I would recommend this shop to anyone that would need tire or suspension repairs. They also had a couple of mascots (dogs) there when I was there and both dogs were very social and playful. Honestly the dogs were just the cherry on an excellent service sundae 🍨. Good luck finding better service elsewhere in Kewanee, IL.

Was very busy. They did not finish what was scheduled cause they pushed others in front of my appointment for alignment. Placed 4 new tires on my truck and rescheduled me for the following week causing another trip to town.

They are fast and friendly! Been taking both of my vehicles there for awhile now and have always received great service. Also great price on synthetic oil change.

My experience was due to a factory tire issue. The dealership took my Grand Cherokee to Moore Tires for road force balance. Unfortunately I had to return to have a wheel guy repair three rims from the scratches that were on the rims from a careless tech. However they did pay for the repairs. In any case they were all very polite and took care of the problem once I presented it. I gave three stars as this is about all they can get after causing damage to my vehicle.

Guys up front are fantastic. However, they are forced to hire a lot of teenagers. Emphasis on getting them trained on fine details would help IMO. Ex. Using fender guards so there isn’t hand smudges and oil on your fenders, front of hood. Taking time to double check their work after they’re done would help very much. They do take care of regular customers and throw in extra discounts now and then.

They were very polite and prompt. They came out within a couple hours to see what I needed. I needed a new rim and two new tires. They checked the other rim just to be sure. Prices were also reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Always great service from the Moore team in Kewanee.. Kelso took care of me and got my vehicle in right away for a oil change and rotate. Guys in shop were quick and were done in no time.

I had a 45 minute wait beforehand, but didnt even realize that 45 minutes had went by when they had called my name. They got my car done within 20 minutes and I was on my way. Definitely will be back for future issues with my car.

I called on a Thursday right after close, hoping someone was there, they were. I asked about when i could schedule an alignment. ANDY said be there by 7 FRIDAY! I got there early, they got me in and out in 30 min. This is the umpteenth time they have got it done. Between the other Moore tire locations and the Kewanee one, Id recommend them to anyone from farmers to city folk.Courtesy and respect work for everyone.

My girlfriend took her car here for a set of tires and an alignment. Now all four tire pressure sensors no longer read. About a week later she notices some grinding from the front brakes. I starts to do a brake service on the car and see that both outer tie rod boots are tore and there is play in the joints. I also see one lower ball joint boot is tore and needs to be replaced.How do you align a car without noticing that?

It’s a refreshing change from the big box store chain. And they have a more common sense warranty plan for their products. There are not any hidden glitches with their quotes when they assess the overall job cost. I strongly recommend this service center to my family and friends.

Satisfied with the tires, service manager was very helpful, but unfortunately truck slid on hoist and damaged muffler which they are replacing and have a missing lug nut.

I went in for a simple oil change, and tire rotation, they where quick to get me in. While doing the tire rotation the tech working on my car notice my ball joint was bad. Dennis was awesome with explaining things to me and getting the part so they could get it fixed in a very timely manor! Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices. I will be returning to Moore tires for future work to be done.

Had a slow leak in a tire, and showed up without am appointment. They fixed it in a little over 30 minutes... which was what I was expecting.So, a good experience.

Can’t thank these guys enough. We were driving through Illinois, when a bad wheel shake developed. Looked like a weight was missing on the front left wheel. Moore saved us at 3pm on Saturday, after numerous other shops said they were too busy for a 15 minute service balancing two wheels. I had my grandchildren withe and they were getting irritable. The gal said it would be 5 more minutes and it was another 30 mi items. Found out there were problems with 3 of my lugnuts. How, they are the only ones that touch them.. Anyhow, the manager was very polite and took care of some of my bill. Moore Tires gives great service. I needed tires for my car because I had a blowout and they got my size in the very next day and told me everything I needed to do for my car. There were a couple of issues that I wasnt aware of and they made clear to me what needed to be done and fixed it for me immediately. They have great service and their staff is very knowledgeable. They were also able to find me tires at a reasonable price that were I will definitely use more tires the next time I need any service done on my vehicle. better than their competitors.
