Depends on the day. Some are good always helpful. Others u feel like your being stalked because of loss prevention following you wherever u go. Some staff also very rude and dont think before they make comments about customers around customers

This is actually a really great Walmart. It always seems very clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and plentiful. It is easy to find someone if I need help while shopping and there are always plenty of checkout lanes (traditional and self) open and available. Definitely a step above your average Walmart.

Surprisingly decent customer service with friendly or at least helpful staff & competent efficient cashiers & assistants.As almost always, the restrooms leave a bit to be desired in needing more frequent cleaning & sanitizing.We found the merchandise that we needed & as customers, finding our items affordable was our focus.I cant complain about our last visit so thank you Walmart staff! :)

As someone that lives in a small town, its great that I have a Walmart within 10 minutes from me. Ive only ever once not been able to get everything that I came in for. Other, larger, Walmarts have the product but this is not a Super Walmart. Regardless, I am impressed with how much inventory that they do carry. Im also impressed with their cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff

Always friendly and stocked with everything I need.

Nothing special. Shelves needed restocked in pet food, but I found something to get me by. Bathroom was clean. Self checkout went off without a hitch. Id go back.

Helpful and courteous staff. The Kewanee store had everything I needed on my list. Unlike the Princeton store who is always out of stock.

Its a great home town Walmart. Extremely well organized work crews. I was there early in the morning and to my surprise the different departments were having there shift briefings. They were all lead by some impressive supervisors. It was interesting to here them talk shop. If only all Walmarts could be like this one. Clean, friendly, and quick.

Friendly staff and helpful I’ve had multiple encounters on numerous occasions and departments. Very clean. Quick and easy access. Great for big shopping or just that one item you may need.

Employees are as rude as they are at the DMV. Unfortunately its not just this location, but 98% of Walmarts nowadays. The employees are just rude, straight disrespectful, and unhappy. Whatever possible I avoid Walmart I would gladly spend my hard earned money at Target any day. I am going to pay a little bit more, but its worth it to be given a little bit of courtesy a smile, a thank you, spoken words appreciation. For someone woman has been put on a throne or pedestal thing that they are top dog has a hole Walmart has declined in what matters most customer appreciation and and overall satisfaction. In my opinion the beginning to the end started a little while back, and as did toys r us, kmart, and many other untouchable stores you will have your closing day.

I ordered my son bday cake at the walmart in kewanee a d the lady told me that if u was ti pay that day to not lose my receipt because if i did they would make me pay for it again so needless to say the night before i realized i lost the receipt so j went in the next day prepaired to have to pay again when these people did the unexpected and told me that if i had my card number and knew the date that they may be able to look it up so i face them the info i had and they went out of their way and used up about 20 to 30 min im sure they could have used on any number of other thjngs to find my receipt for my son s cake so thank you to you amazing eemon who helped me with my sons first birthday you are the best

I have to say I hate this store with a passion, they are usually out of what Im looking for and the customer service isnt that great. I asked to check out at a actual check out lane and the person running the self checkouts said no that I could just use a selfie check out. The thing I was trying to do required an actual person so I just said wow and left to go to another store.

I do not like going to this store. It is crowded, dirty and I just dont feel comfortable.

I know. Its Walmart. But I will say that Kewanee Walmart has some of the best employees! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It is so important to support our small local businesses but dont forget our local neighbors that work here.

Service desk associates should work on their people skills a little bit. My cashier rang up and item twice when I wasnt looking so i had to call them which took over ten minutes to get a hold of a manager. She corrected the problem the next day. Thanks Missy.

The store was clean and organized. The shelves were stocked. However, there were 2 employees talking to each other (loudly) and using some pretty foul language. Not very professional.

It has much of the up to the minute merchandise that a modern family would need.

My only problem with Walmart is the fact that they do not enforce the one way isles or wearing masks in to the store. They pay a person to sit outside and watch people come in and they have a sign that says by law you must wear a mask inside this facility and yet they let people just walk on by with no masks and go in and shop. theyre basically paying someone to sit around and do nothing. Also, it would be better if they put the one-way aisle markers above the aisles instead of on the floor. Nobody looks down at the floor until its too late. Im pretty sure more people look up to see what is in the aisle theyre about to go down especially if theyre looking for something specific so they would see the one way or do not enter signs a lot easier if they were higher up instead of on the floor. again though they have people working in the aisles that watch people go down the wrong way and they dont say a word.

Needs more Gluten Free Foods

The worst shopping store. I hate going there. They stock the shelves when you are there. All other stores do it after hours. People are rude but thats just the sheeple.

Its usually a nice place to go and shop. Nice people sometimes, helpful people sometimes.

Nice enough workers (especially at night). Decently clean. Okay selection. I just wish that some of the isles were wider (especially the ones that sell food aka have more traffic), and that there was just a little more selection. I mean, the store seems to always be busy. And finally, theyre not trying to foce the self-checkout on us, any more. Its nice when a store listens to its customers.

This Walmart is the closest to my house and it is the largest grocery store in town. They are going through a major remodel, which will be complete in November 2016. The good, they are bringing back guns and sewing materials, the bad.. Should be a bigger store, they do not carry as many products as Walmart stores in the larger cities. The bakery and deli counters need a much larger variety. The produce section is also lacking. However, I am always satisfied with returns and never a problem dealing with their staff or management. Overall satisfactory, considering logistics. Well maintained parking lot and good security. Actually 3 1/2 stars. May change after remodel. They are also bringing back the self checkouts, which I personally like.

They never have what you need. I looked for 3 weeks for sugar free jello . Never did find it at Walmart. Ended up at Sullivans for more money per box.

Called the Bakery to see what kind of Cakes they had for a Boy so I could get Happy Birthday on it and come pick it up. They couldnt describe the cakes they had they said I would have to come it and pick one out. I was calling to save time its the lack of Customer service that causes me to avoid Walmart more often than not.

Kewanee Illinoiss super Walmart is bigger than geneseo and more variety very short-staffed when you needed help thoughI needed to try on some clothes and youre not allowed to take them back and exchange them or return them so there was no one to help me so I changed right there in front of the isles and just try them on perfect fit

Just bought a the ghost Recon for Xbox one today which they got out of the display case for us for 39.99 and when we opened it there was a old skateboard game in the case and Walmart refuses to exchange or give our money back so to everyone buying games you might want to make them open it up and check it in the store before purchasing because they say there is nothing they can do about its not on them so you just have to take your loss.... didn’t want to give 1 star but can’t post unless I clicked one..

Getting stuff there is easy and purchasing is okay if you go through the self checkout. I had a older lady that was scanning my stuff. I gave her a hundred dollar bill and she was freaking out because she could figure out how to subtract 4 dollars from it. It was very difficult to work with and took really long until I had to solve the problem. Other than Walmart not hiring those that have basic math skills I believe its actually a nice place and I recommend just check out yourself.
