Tried to order several different styles of coats here but every one I wanted the woman said she did not have in stock whether, it was size or color I needed. Nothing in stock. How can a company operate like this on demand but no supply.

Website said open today, Saturday from 10:00-5:00. We drove there, arrived at 1:15 pm, an hour trip only to find that the door was locked. We could hear ladies talking inside, we called the phone number listed, it went to the recording. Oh well nice day for a drive😊

Bought a jacket on their website at a steep discount, there was no information about my order or replies to my emails for over a week so I filed a PayPal dispute, this company then decides to refund my money several days after this. Then someone from customer service sends me an email to tell me theyre out of stock of that particular size and colour. Well gee thanks for telling me after all this time, but sorry I still dont believe you.Interestingly the price on this jacket has increased nearly 3 fold since my purchase. Seems like somebody didnt want to honor the discounted price.
