This Tmobile store is a great place! Its a small store but the workers are very helpful and polite! 100% will always be my Tmobile store.

Terrible. They will do anything to gain new customer. They lied to me about a promotion that would settle my bill with verizon. Once my number was transferred to tmobile, I was still charged by verizon and never received the promised voucher at Tmobile. Now I’m stuck with a large bill and old phone. Don’t believe in any “promotion” they are offering you and make sure you get it in writing. I wish I had

This place has terrible service. I paid for two month long prepaid chips on Aug. 12 and they cancelled both lines almost 3 weeks into the plan without even asking.They never answer the phone when you call the store.I called Tmobile customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor and he had the nerve to say that in order to reconnect the lines I had to pay again.The team at the Aventura store were very nice, patient and creative offering solutions to a situation that wasn’t even their fault.I went in because it is the only option on the Key, but avoid it if you can because I have since heard many similar stories.
