I have not visited this store yet, but I purchased my first Camila Canabal travel bag during their pre-sale on-line event.My bag arrived on time and with some cute pictures and a postcard. I was very happy with the package. The quality and designed of the bag were goodπ₯ there was a small blue ink dot on the side of the bag maybe from a pen, Im hoping to get it out. We ate at origins at a nice umbrella table. The food was very yummy. They also had a few other things in building. Like a Starbucks and others I didnt see.
If I could give a 0, I would. I take pride in supporting small businesses in my city. Unfortunately the pattern in the decay of customer service in our city just wont stop. Unprofessional, extreme lack of communication on online orders and they do not reimburse full amount of unfulfilled orders. I believe, it is just another case of providing the proper care of clientele based on what they deemed valuable.One should not bite the hand that feeds you.
Love the variety of restaurants in one small place. Great people watching. Also, only Starbucks on the key is here.
Nice shopping area. I was eating in Ke Bo restaurant. Amazing! I recommend that restaurant.

The bad thing about this building is that security wont let you in till 9 a.m. and if youre there at 8:59 you got to turn around and do the line again until 9 a.m. security sucks and management too.

They do not comply with their return policy, they steal you in the face. I bought a one size fits all top that does not serve anyone and when I asked to return them they told me that they were sorry but that they could not return it (due to thieves as she is, we are scratched here) @camilacanabal @camilacanabalshop !!! Change your return policies, on your website, I dont think you know them, Ms. Camila. Because I have the screenshot that clearly says that this is a top and that I have 30 days to return it. Thanks a lot
