Great service, updated menu, will not offer drip caps or straws

Nice Starbucks in the heart of Key Biscayne. They have some outdoors sitting, but you can also go sit in The Square Shopping Center, an open air mall right next to it that has plenty of tables to sit and relax.

I love love love this place!!! The first time I tried their Mystique Boba (infused with butterfly pea flower), I was hooked! I ended up coming back 4X that same week! Its that good! My family really loves the Mango in Kyoto, Messy Mango, Tiger Boba and all of their Matcha drinks! Working our way down the list!

Way too slow. Mobile ordering here doesn’t save you time. This has happened to me twice here. Unfortunately this is my only option for Starbucks in Key Biscayne so I keep coming back. But I think this may be my last. They need to correctly staff this place.

I enjoy coming to this Starbucks the workers try to please everyone but the one worker she is tall and she a manager I believe her name is Sheena she Rock!!!

I finally found it! A Starbucks location that knows how to make a Butterbeer from Harry Potter. That is a secret menu item that I have been requesting from different locations for over two years. These folks know how to make it!

Saw the descriptions of the 4 biscuit sandwiches all of which had cheese and egg. Got this... not to mention it looks like someone sat on it. Basically a dry, squished biscuit with a tiny strip of dry bacon. The staff is nice though

I ordered on the app, and order wasn’t ready for over an hour. Wasn’t a big deal and wasn’t in a rush. Definitely needs some better management from what I could tell when I was there waiting.

The manager David and the other staff was amazing I ordered a iced tea macha and a Java chip and they took a bit of time to prepare it, Luke an extra two minutes . But what they did next was unexpected, Because I had to wait two minutes extra they gave it for free . This wasn’t necessary at all, but they choose to do it . We need more people like them not because they gave the code for free but they made my day. Kudos to satrbucks for hiring them !

They should update working hours. We went there from a different side of the island and it’s closed on the 28th (12/28/2020)

Small place, no toillet paper in they bathroom, good coffee as always. Also very expensive as always, too.

It is a small place for the location and being the only Starbucks in Key Biscayne, but staff is good, provided good service and they keep the place clean. It is my usual stop when I train in the area. It has a great parking garage underneath that helps a lot on sunny days, so this is a plus too.

By far the best Starbucks i have ever had the pleasure of stepping foot in. Its location makes you feel like its a secret only a selected few have the privilege of knowing. And the chemistry between the partners its just amazingly quirky. Simply a breath of fresh air. One which cannot go unnoticed or unapreciated. I will most definitely be coming back, as i cannot get enough of this little slice of heaven.

Nice place with not so nice outdoor seating area. I waited forever for a coffee but the people are really friendly. So it is ok to wait a bit. Parking is good behind the center. You can sit inside but there are only a few seats.

This is one of the friendliest STARBUCKS our there! Love that they sometimes have test food items!

Worst Starbucks in South Florida. Didn’t have the pastry I ordered on the mobile app. I told the employee that I would look in the case to figure out what I wanted. She basically ignored me and went on to help other customers and I’m standing there saying ma’am out loud and being ignored. Another employee came out and I tried to explain to her what happened and she basically ignored me and asked me if I wanted my scone microwaved like nothing happened.

This location is small and cozy. Always clean. One of my favorites.

I asked for a Ham, Egg & Cheddar. I got a choice of: Bacon, Egg & Cheddar; Sausage Egg & Cheddar; or Ham Egg & Swiss. Can a coffee shop that considers itself upper market be anymore shameless about the fact that their sandwiches are pre-made?!

Its not just about getting coffee in the morning..its about seeing your favorite barista. Its the experience - walking in, your friendly barista smiling at you, and knowing already what youre about to order. So when you walk in to a Starbucks that you dont normally frequent and see your familiar barista from the Starbucks you normally DO frequent and get that same smile of recognition and friendly and personable service, it deserves 5 stars!

The staff are very friendly and I appreciate it. The coffee is excellent as always.

Really disappointed that they did not have coffee made or bold, medium or anything, they offered me the American that had no taste at all or they went too far with the amount of water they put in it or it did not reach the amount of coffee in it, I give it x score the iced Lemmon cake which was very tasty.
