Steve arrived and was courteous and honest, and reassured us that our door was fine and we would not need to replace it. He even fixed our existing outdoor remote while doing so for free! Although we did not need any service at the time, I will no doubt be calling Steve back for a future opener upgrade and any other issues we may have with our door. Thanks!

In an attempt to help me save money - Terry walked me through several steps to try and fix it myself. When that failed, he came out and got it down for me in a matter of minutes.
