I frequently go to this store. The manager is really nice and she helps you if you need it. The store is always clean, organized and stocked.

Im sorry but this store use to be so neat & organized with a great staff. Now i go in & its terrible. The stock girl is by herself stocking the entire store by herself & the store clerk thats on shift right now is not good at his job at all. He shouldnt get fired because its hard to land jobs but I would seriously recommend that Family Dollar put him on another job title but he should not be your store clerk. He got upset to do a price check with no other customers in the store. Come on now thats ridiculous.

Is the most clean store . Excelent. Some prices missing, so you dont know how much cost some products. The ladies employees always nice .

The black man at the cashier hates his job. Zero personality. Ive seen more personality out of a half eaten stale poptart.

Black large man at the register, is absolutely the rudest man I ever met he has the worst customer service in the world. Every time I come in there I hope that hes not working. He acts like he is going out of his way to ring us up or get us a pack of cigarettes. He never says hello or thank you.

Nice of them to let us use the restroom but the guy working there hates his job more than anyone Ive ever met. Rude. Walked back to unlock restroom and didnt say a word. We thanked him and he still ignored us. Sad man for such a happy place

Attention Corporate office apparently management dont read reviews. Alert creepy/hate his job JAMES with the dirty shirt cashier is the rudest creepiest employee I have ever dealt with definently not the key largo welcome center. I will never shop at any Family dollar again. This guy should not be dealing with the public ever. Not only am I writing this review but I plan on calling corporate and emailing about this weirdo. Read the reviews there are countless reviews regarding this creep. He scared my wife. Not the Key vibe I have grown to love.

Well stocked and clean. This place doesnt have much that is a dollar, so I dont understand that part much, but owell.Staff is very cold, so, dont expect to become family or spend a dollar at this place!But certain has a bunch of stuff that makes it convenient.

Cute store! But the one worker is just horrible. He is rude, nasty, no customer service. Maybe he should stick to the mainland. He def does not have a keys attitude.

Today I went in with my children and friends and it was 30 minutes to closing. The lady screamed at me from the front to the asile that it was time to close. It was 9:50 pm. I made way to the front and my friend paid for her irems as then I was waiting to pay for mine. She called me names saying that I was a b#$&* anda pu4ta screaming at me in front of my 4 year old child, 9 year old and my friends children. I asked her not to speak to me like that and I could understand Spanish and a the things she was saying to me was very inappropriate.. she said well then what dont you understand about that we close at 10.. I said I was in here since 9:30 and got here at the front at 9:50... She prolonged my check out my screaming at me (in front of my children and friends children) and the receipt said 10:03 pm. I asked for her managers number as it was unacceptable the way she acted and I can only pray the things she is going through works out for the best. I cant believe she acted the way she did and spoke to me the way she did in front of my children. My friend even had to take the children outside in the rain as she was being so vuger and wouldnt allow us to take the children there one by one to eliminate them getting poured. I cant imagine having someone represent your store like that. Even the man she was talking to shook his head when I asked him can you believe how she is treating me..... I hope she finds peace.What a horrible experience June 15th, 2017 at 9:50-10:00 pm.I hope this gets to corporate and they take action to train thier employees how to treat people with kindness.
