This store has friendly, helpful and efficient employees! Only one time did I feel like I was “bothering” the employee—anyway, she’s gone. So it’s a positive experience very, single time!

I came here looking for a tube to put the fishing rod I bought in for the flight home and the people here could not have been more friendly and enthusiastic to help. Melodie and Savannah ended up cannibalizing another tube then gleefully helped me stick them together, wrap the fishing rod in bubble wrap and get the cap onto the tube for safe shipping. They were so friendly and helpful this is some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Love this UPS store and the staff. Was on vacation for 3 weeks, and some work stuff needed doing. Melodie & staff were amazing helpfull. 4 days in a row I was sending overnight packages back to the office, they were effienct and fast all with a great attitude. One day even held the pickup guy so my package could make the last truck out. Highly recommend!

The staff and store are absolutely the best from being in a convenient location to the best and friendliest staff possible. If it were not for the hurricane destroying the place we lived and having to find a place elsewhere (which turned out to be out of the Keys), we would still be there as customers. Love them!

I vacationed in Key Largo during the week of 6/16-6/22 and soon realized that I forgot my meds at home.....5 hours away!! I called my specialty pharmacy back home and they sent my medication via UPS. Melody was so very helpful in assisting me with tracking/receiving my package. She kept in touch with me the whole time and was so professional, understanding and friendly during the process. Never once did I feel that she became frustrated no matter how many times I called her. I truly appreciated her and her coworker during this desperate time of urgency in receiving my meds so I wouldn’t miss taking them during my week of vacation. These employees are a wonderful asset to this business and the Key Largo community!!!! Thank you ladies!

Ive been to this location 8-10 times. I have not had a negative experience yet. Its been service with a smile for me so far and they have been very helpful.

On 11/23/2016 at 13:53 I brought in a sheet of paper to be faxed. The person behind the counter was unable to ring up the charge and another employee had to take over and complete the task. I was told to wait till the fax went through. A few minutes later I was told that the fax had failed to transmit. I expected they would try again but instead I was informed that she had dialed the correct number. I was dumbfounded. I took my paper and left. Trust me I will not return. I hope you enjoy my $2.45.

000000000 it takes an act of Congress to even get a mailbox here you got to have like IDs you got to have boaters things you got to have well theres just too much just to buy a mailbox thats overpriced I mean if you need a mailbox you cant even get one here its only for people that already have an address she went to hide theres I guess I dont know but its US Postal Service if you try to get one there you go to have all kinds of stuff your military records year your voter registration your tax records your your light bill your electricity bill . Now my boat is stuck in the Everglades After the Storm Ive been working on it for about 2 weeks trying to get it out and of course I cant get to the office to pay them I tried to call them but they wont accept my call they just say the mailbox youre calling about is canceled and goodbye I cant even call them anymore on the phone cuz I have a mailbox there and didnt get it paid for this is after the hurricane they should accept that if you dont have something nice to say about anybody dont say anything at all well Im going to stop now because I have nothing nice to say about them

This is our local post office six months out of the year. As an author, I’m mailing books to children often. The Key Largo postal staff makes this tedious job a little brighter - love them!!!

The store was nice enough, but its just pricey. I had three things to send to a single destination, they wanted $98. I sent 2 for $53. Drove down the road to the post office, 1.3 miles, and sent the third for $18. Guess what arrived first... the one from the post office! I hope my other artwork arrives unscathed.

We wanted to ship 4 fishing poles that we had bought in the keys and we were flying out that day we dropped off the poles they were packed and shipped to us and would add that the packaging was well done thanks
