Walked out of the way to visit the store multiple times. The first time the signed said closed on Monday and Tuesday. Went back Wednesday twice to find they were out to lunch most of the afternoon all the way up to an hour before closing. Maybe just let people know youre closed Wednesday too.

A nice location with Key West & Florida branded items. Always at awe at the comfort of their items and how comfortable the store itself is in terms of placing of merchandise. Staff is laid back and nice and not pushy at all. No promos on last visit unfortunately.

Kelly was very helpful and made sure all needs were met and left very happy with great deals.

Love these bamboo shirts. Soooooo soft. The fabric is durable, lightweight but not see thru making them a good value despite the higher price. Just dont use fabric softener. It ruins the fabric. Only gave 4 stars because the Key West store has a somewhat limited and boring selection of shirts.

Well we actually went into the store to buy T shirts and somehow Meagan ended up selling us a mattress,2 pillows, and sheets lol. Ill have to say I had a expensive, top of the line mattress at home but every morning I would wake up with sciatic pain in my left leg and severe tension headaches and neck pain. We received our new mattress a few days ago and I dont have sciatic pain now nor my headaches. I do have ONE complaint though I dont want to get out of bed. That bamboo mattress and pillows are SO comfortable, no more tossing and turning or freezing/sweating. Meagan was absolutely a sweetheart and helped us with all our many questions. Still yet today Im not sure how we went from buying T shirts to purchasing a mattress, pillows and sheets but I am sure glad we did! Love love love it! Great store, great staff, great products!

Clothes are super soft, prices are a little high. Ask for specials, they sometimes have some deals that are not advertised.

We cruise and look for cariloha stores in every port. The wons weve been to have been awesome. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Everything us so comfortable and soft. I have socks, underwear and tshirts.

The staff at the Cariloha store in downtown Key West were amazing. Friendly, helpful, informative, fun. Great products, great service. We are big fans of the Cariloha brand of high quality eco friendly, temperature cooling products and it was a pleasure shopping in the Key West store, located close to Mallory Square and Duval Street. Already have their tshirts and sheets. This time we picked up an awesome duvet cover.

I had a great experience with the young sales woman from Utah. She was extremely helpful and kind. I bought a few things and will return.

Got some shirts and sheets...oh yeah. And pillows...heaven.
