Donna is top notch in the keys! The designs were exactly what I asked for and matched the boat perfectly! Very easy to work with and done in a timely manner. Will definitely be using her again for my boat and anyone I can refer her to!

Donna was AMAZING! I am a master carpenter and licensed general contractor so my attention to measurements and details are among the best. Take it from me when I say “Donna can handle the most particular of customers”...the way my boat cushions turned out were above and beyond my standards. From the way they attach, to the stitching and durability, to the quality of the hardware and fabrics, and lastly the aesthetic look of the final product; Donna is a master and I would recommend her to ANYBODY!

I commissioned a table cover from Donna at Blue Water Design, after my 50% deposit and two weeks later, she delivered a baggy, ill fitting cover for the boat. We are not in a rush, and want a quality product. I let her know that we would want alterations made to the item, she then became very angry, insisted that she made exactly what we commissioned and hung up while I was asking questions on the phone. She has then sent an email insisting that this is not her problem, insulted myself and demanded full payment. I am surprised at her reaction, given that this was the first fitting. I had worked with her prior to this, on a simple repair and found her pleasant. Given this latest experience, I do not recommend working with her on a major piece of custom fabric work. I will update if the situation changes.

I am involved with the supply end of this business and I can say that Blue Water Design uses the highest quality materials possible. The owner is very experienced, knowledgable and pays attention to detail in her contract work.
