Long time since I tasted such a delicious rum raisin ice cream. Dont be afraid to try the anything because everything is amazingly delicious in this place!

Best toasted coconut ice cream I have ever had! If you love coconut do not miss this. The rest of my family had vanilla and peach which they said were very tasty as well. Service was friendly and quick. Nice respite from the heat of the day.

Good selection, even had sugar free. Quality made sweet, everything had a nice look great flavor and they are not shy about samples. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Fudge better than Moms. I can say that because shes gone to that great fudge packing place in the sky. Have to stop whenever I am near a Kilwins. If they come to my town Ill be forced to move. I think you get the picture.

Bought the Key lime fudge. Was very soft and really sweet. It was like eating spoons of sugar. Not at all for me.

You dont cone to Key West for Ben and Jerrys or Hagen Daz! That stuff is in your grocery store. Kilwins is a sweet tooths kind of shop. Great ice cream and quantity. If you are a hot fudge fan, its the better quality and ample amount. The line may be long but you can let your mouth water looking at all the candies (didnt have any... yet) and the line moves quickly. It would be helpful to have an ice cream menu of flavors and options further back, like at the first and second curve, to help speed it along. We stopped in one night for ice cream--going for the local flair instead of Ben & Jerrys or Haagen Daz, which we can get at home! We loved that they offered samples, since most places havent done that for a year or two! Every flavor we tried was amazing, which made it hard to choose. I took off one star because they seemed in such a hurry to get rid of us, even though there wasnt anyone behind us in line. Customer service could use some improvement, but the quality of their ice cream is unmatched! Id still go back, just with what I want in mind so I can get it and get out!

Their ice cream cones are delicious. Wish I could say the same about the milk chocolate. Something was very off putting about it. I failed to enjoy it so much that I threw the last piece away. I’m simply not the type of guy who usually throws away chocolate. Having said that, I will certainly go back for some ice cream.

Great fudge and ice cream. You can not walk by and not stop in...it smells so good when youre approaching that you get sucked in! I do think $10 is a bit steep for a milkshake but it was very good. It was missing the cherry on top which for the price that is charged, all ingredients should be used! Nothing tasted artificial or overly sweet so this is definitely a place to go for quality sweets.

The ice cream was really good. It’s in a nice location and right in the hustle and bustle of key west. Only reason I gave a 4 star review is a small ice cream was almost 6 bucks.

This shop smells like heaven and the ice cream was wonderful (I had fudge brownie and smore and 10 out of 10 would eat both flavors again). The staff were quick and attentive, and the store was clean and bright. They also had someone making fudge in the front window, which was relaxing to watch.

Terrible customer service. We left some of our food there and they would not give us a refund. We called and the employee rudely hung up on us. Would not suggest. There are so many better ice cream shops in Key West. Everyone there was very rude.

This Kilwins location is a wonderful place for all of your sweets and desserts needs all in one place. I really like all of the different smells as soon as you walk in the doorway as you are able to smell everything at once. It is cool that they let you try different items before you make a purchase so you can make sure you are making the best decision. The staff here is very warm and accommodating. I left here happy.

Delicious fudge. All the flavors are wonderful but our favorite is the peppermint which is only available during the holidays. You should definitely go if you’re in town then!

If theres only one ice cream shop to visit in Key West, its Kilwins. The ice cream selection is excellent and there are plenty of treats to take home. While the price per scoop is on the higher end of Key West prices, it certainly makes up for it in quality. Definitely stop at Kilwins for a sweet treat if youre visiting Key West.

The key lime fudge my friend ordered me was horrible. It tasted like plain white chocolate chips. It had absolutely NO Key Lime taste at all. She ordered a whole pound which by the time she added shipping it was over 30 dollars. It is 30 dollars that we might as well have thrown in the trash. That is where the fudge is going.
