Great Store. Love there clothing line!!

I dont think its too harsh to call this store a total scam. As other reviewers have stated, be prepared to pay a 50% markup over manufacturer suggested MSRP plus a variable rate cashier fee (apparently the 50% markup is not enough to cover the cashiers wages so they want the customer to cover that as well). There are no refunds. You can exchange for other Huk brand products that are also marked up 50%. So, basically once you realize the scam its too late, they have your money and there is no recourse. I bought $30.00 MSRP Huk gloves. I was in a hurry and didnt realize the owner of the store had placed a $45.00 price tag on top of the $30.00 MSRP price tag. There is nothing unique about the Huk gloves I bought. These gloves are identical to what you can buy anywhere else, so that excuse from the owner is debunked.As further confirmation of the scaminess of this place, the receipt does not list the price of the gloves, it was just a credit card receipt with a cashier fee and a total. What a bunch of scammers. You should be ashamed! I would give you negative 5 stars if I could.

The lady working here today around 9:35 June 24th decided to close early and not let us in. We noticed that the store closed at 9 and was excited to be able to go on a shopping spree because there arent any huk store near where we live. The manager key holder said we werent going to buy anything anyways and flicked us off, and told us to leave. This was very disappointing to find out that huk would allow such bad management in a tourist area. Huk happens to be my favorite fishing pfg brand. I might have to change brands to start buying! If it wasnt for the keyholder Manger flicking us off it wouldnt have have been a big deal, I understand things can happen and emergencies come up. But what happened today is unacceptable.

Super nice store, very clean and organized. Lady working was very helpful, took the time to show me several shirts comparable to the one I wanted but unfortunately was not available in my size.

I had a really cool experience at Breeze Key West!!! The staff was incredible. When I walked in, I felt welcome and the lady working there really helped me locate everything I was looking for.They have very wide range of Huk and Guy Harvey fishing 🎣 clothing. And the prices are very good 👍I had a great visit here.Will come back...

Everything is roughly 50% higher than MSRP AND theres a surprise $4 cashier fee... after the teller informs you of the total.

Me and my friends absolutely loved it, one of the nicest store in key West, excellent customer service, we’ll definitely come back.

Very large selection of HUK performance shirts... my husband couldn’t get enough 😁Definitely a great place to shop

One thing that comes to mind after interacting with the lady in charge of this store, and reading previous reviews on line is: ANGER MANAGEMENT ISSUES!! Be aware!I entered this store asking about some sandals they had on sale.... the only lady working at the store was talking on the phone. I asked her about the sandals and it was very clear I was somehow disturbing her. Based on her accent (while speaking in Spanish) I think she is Colombian.I went back to talk to my brother in law who was outside with his wife and my son. We then went back to the store...we were going to pay a pair of sandals in cash...she said very rudely she did not have any change, and after a few minutes the interaction got really bad. She then refused to sell the sandals to us.As I pull out my cellphone to take pictures of the store...she literally went after me...trying to take my phone away, threatening me to damage my phone and call the police!!Just not the shopping experience I was expecting while visiting Key West for the weekend.PLEASE avoid this store if you plan to have a nice, friendly shopping experience while walking on Duval St... it was a very unfortunate experience for me!I do NOT recommend it!

Same overpriced merchandise as every other shop on Duval but service is lacking. Has an attitude towards anyone not clearly making a purchase and I could do without the sarcasm. The cute eastern European accent doesnt make up for being a stuck up you know what.

While visiting from Ft. Lauderdale, FL my girlfriend and I along with our children in strollers attempted to visit this establishment to purchase a souvenir T-shirt to bring home. After entering the store, we were rudely approached by a women with a heavy accent and told to leave the store because she did not want our strollers on her floor. I truly feel discriminated against. I guess strollers, wheelchairs, walkers etc are not welcomed . We will never go back.

The non-american woman who served in the shop obviously didnt want to sell anything. Very unfriendly, not consulting, didnt allow us to unfold t-shirts and didnt want us to touch t-shirts. Finally when my wife complained after the woman forbid her to take a t-shirt, she refused to sell us anything and asked us to leave the shop. We never had such a bad experience before and we visited the US pretty often in the past. Unfortunately the offered articles were very nice and we definitly wanted to buy something.

I’m confused as to how she is in business.My bridal party and I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with her since our Airbnb was the next-door over. My sister looked online and saw that they opened at 9 AM, went downstairs at about 910, and walked in the store to look for some sunglasses to use for the day. The same lady mentioned in the previous comments, blonde with a Hispanic accent, came out from the back yelling at my sister telling her that they were still closed. My sister apologized and said the door says 9 AM and it was open she said yes but I still have my sign up, my sister apologize that she didn’t see it, but the woman continued to yell at her almost pushing her out the door.About a half hour later, we were exiting our Airbnb on our bicycles. As we gathered out front (about 7 of us) deciding which way to go for breakfast, she came outside with a broom and decided to continue to verbally attack all of us. Although the vast majority of us had nothing to do with my sister accidentally walking in in the morning, she told us none of us could come inside of her store.To add insult to injury, a man walked up and posted by the door saying that because she was out numbered, he wanted to make sure that SHE was OK?? We literally walked outside OUR Airbnb, started talking to figure out where to eat, she comes outside yelling at us, and he’s worried about the person who began the verbal attack.

I would not even rate as one star. I have never experienced a shopping trip like this! The blond woman in the store on Feb 20, 2019 at 9 :30 am was unbelievable! We were in the store for probably 15 minutes. First, she watched us like we were shoplifters as we entered the store, okay I can understand, but a bit over the top. We are two respectable adult women on vacation with our hubands, nothing suspicious looking. Then my sister in law asked for help getting a dress out to try on. She wasnt sure she wanted it and handed it back. We then moved to another rack, and she said oh no, if you arent going to buy anything, dont look at anything else just leave the store! So apparantly you arent allowed to look around? Very strange, uncomfortable, sad situation. We were actually asked to leave the store for looking around?!?! Its a nice location if any other merchant wants to set up shop, as I cant imagine the shop staying in business much longer! Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE to just be treated with extreme disrespect and contempt!

Overpriced items, twice as much as others stores up the street. No refunds. Sign posted. However you get more for your cash elsewhere.
