Been there twice in 3 years and both times the guy behind the counter pays no attention to you. Either on the phone or talking to someone else. Only time theyre interested is when you come to the counter with something you want to buy. Pretty sad and if youre looking for good customer service, buy on line from Life is Good and skip this store.

This store is absolutely terrible! Rude employee when I was in the store. I bought a shirt and when I got home, 1500 miles away, I realized the shirt was defective. I’ve called the store so many times I lost count. They do not answer the phone, it goes straight to voicemail, which states leave a message. I’ve left many, many messages and never received a return phone call! They obviously don’t care. I even contacted the Key West Chamber of Commerce to see if they were still open and if they had a different number for them. They’re definitely still open, just don’t care about customer service at all. I’d think twice about buying anything from there!

My mother LOVES these stores, so we had to stop in. We greeted the saleswoman. She said nothing but looked at us. We both greeted her again, thinking she didn’t hear us, and she made it clear she heard us, but didn’t so much as grumble back at us. We looked around and as soon as we left a spot, she came behind us IMMEDIATELY and straightened up as if we destroyed shirts hanging on a pole (we merely looked for a size). Had it been a different salesperson, we would have made a purchase, but she was so disgraceful, we chose to spend our money elsewhere. It’s a shame. Kindness goes a long way, and if you can’t manage that, FIND A DIFFERENT JOB.

Not a great selection of clothing but more importantly, the saleswoman was rude. She never welcomed us into the store, never asked us if we needed/wanted help and never said bye/thank you for coming in. She just sat at the counter trying to make herself look busy. Certainly wont be visiting that store location again if I can help it!

Not a lot of selection. Inventory was low. Not many choices of sizes. Better off just ordering online.

Your store is consistently closed. Even your rerun to work clock is wrong. Terrible.

Good selection at the expected prices. It was nice to find a store where none of the merchandise displayed profanity.
