Don’t believe the deals on the billboards, the sandal prices were high. Though the store was clean, modern, and had a large selection of clothes and souvenirs.

Place has lots of souvenirs. Clean restrooms. I wanted to get a different size on a item and employee was bothered by this because she had to call someone else to help with that. I personally didn’t like that. But because of that didn’t purchase more. I won’t go back to this location. But it is a good spot for souvenirs for family and friends.

This place is great, a great selection of everything Keys related. Excellent service, and prices are super fair. Highly recommend.

Large gift shop and Sandal store. Prices are slightly better than gift shops on Duval St, but not by much. Definitely got a large selection of merchandise than any other gift shop in the area.

They have a lot of beach clothing items but all severely over priced and not a lot of sizes. We found what we needed after sifting through tons of items though so thats a plus. We were taking a boat out to the Dry Tortugas and it was recommended that we wear the UV long shirts and this was the place closest to where we were staying.

The posted sale signs are not honored at the register and staff guilt trips you if you don’t buy a lot.They had some neat stuff, just very overpriced and rude. Not a fun place to shop and not a single “4 for $10 t-shirts” found in the place.(Not even worth taking a photo of this place)

Okay selection of souvenirs or beachwear, but my problem was my child, a little girl, felt uncomfortable to say the least because one of the workers, an older man, was staring at her. She was wearing her first two piece top and shorts and felt so bad it brought her to tears. As a dad it was hard to control my rage, as this is the first this has happened to where she felt ogled... i am mad at myself at this point for not confronting him directly but wanted to keep cool, just in case it was innocent... I dont think it was, as when he saw us talking to her about it, he disappeared into the back. We asked another employee if there was a dress code we missed, and explained what had happened and they brushed us off to get us out of there.

Lots of shirts and shoes. Found a pair I needed for my swollen feet. Cashier was very nice.

Typical souvenir type shop.Prices are better on snorkel masks(30 for nice full face ones) and such than KMart (twice the price).

My 2nd. time to the Sandal Factory in 5 years.I purchased 4 high quality Key West Florida tee shirts for $10.00.I am still wearing all 4 and they are a little faded from being laundered but they dont have any holes or seams coming loose.So I purchased 4 more for $10.99 and had a pleasant conversation with Cathy while selecting 4 more Key West Florida tee shirts.Their store on Stock Island is absolutely spotless and very well arranged and stocked with items that will interest not only visitors to the Keys but residents also.Great selection and friendy staff.

Posted the shirts 4 for $10. Not many to choose from. Sandals were pricey. Good quality and great brands but pricey.

My first trip to key west and my family members wanted me to bring back some tshirts and souvenirs. I got great deals on the 3/$10 tshirts and buy one get one free. I also picked up a hat and tshirt combo for cheaper than the prices on Duval. I got some beautiful magnets. There is a large selection of everything from swimwear, sandals, beach shoes, tshirts, magnets, and more. Very good value for the quality I got.

Sale wasnt really a sale but they did have a ton of sandles and shirts.

Small selection of 4 for $10 shirts. They make this a big advertisement to bring you in. However, restroom was clean and store clerks were nice.

Great variety of sandals, shoes and clothes, a bit pricey.

Located in Key West. Stopped here mainly because of the name, just to look around and maybe do some shopping. We were a bit overwhelmed at the pricing on sandals, but they had stuff on sale and you probably have to just go there and form your own opinion to actually decide if the prices are fair to you. We did buy some shirts, though, and overall they have a wide variety of souvenirs and clothing that we found nowhere else.

Called first to see if they had the brand I was looking for. The lady was quite nice. They had such a selection when we arrived, wound up getting another brand my husband liked more! Highly recommend DUDE shoes, quite comfy, especially for wide fit! They had a very nice clothing selection as well. Staff is polite and helpful! Great mints too!

Definitely a tourist goodies shop. Lots to choose from to take back home, but come prepared to pay a premium price. Lots of name brand watersports related clothing and accessories.

Make sure you like what you purchase. Carried shoes out of the door, walked right back in and cashier argued about an exchange. Ridiculous, they do have a large selection and few deals. Take your time finding your purchase lol.

Great prices on souvenirs and novelty items. Its very easy to spend a lot of money, but you get a lot in return.

Cashier ARGUED about price marked on shirt. Marked less than when scanned. She was very rude & loud. Manager intervened after hearing shouting. Other customers had issues dealing with this woman as well, witnessed as I stood in line. Would highly recommend going to another location!

Reasonable prices for the area. Nicer inside than it looks on the outside. Recommended by our conch train tour guide as the cheapest prices on the keys.

If you’re going to racially profile customers you should be less obvious about it. My family who are Hispanic were followed around the store the entire time we were there. Even so far as to walk us out. $300 dollars worth of souvenirs to be made to feel like we shouldn’t be there.

I love these stores! They offer locals a discount off of the total purchase price. Give yourself time to look thru their large selections of sundresses, t-shirts, sandals, and other specialty items. Nice selection but not as many shorts as there are t-shirts. Very friendly staff and they are willing to poll other stores in the area if the size you need is unavailable.

This is a left over storeNothing to find thereUntil you find something you like there are no sizes.I personally like the small stores on the valve way better they have unique stuff and not like this store that tent to be a good one and spending so much money on advertised but in actual reality all they have is bunch of leftover from different companies and brand names good luck finding something in your size

While I understand that billboards are designed to lite you in, I wish that we had been advised correctly of the $10, get 4 T-shirt deal. The true deal was that they are damages and we didnt notice it, so 3 of the 4 we bought were bad. I simply figured it was old stock, not damaged merchandise. Would have been nice to have been told, since a worker did show us where the rack was located.

Good souvenirs at reasonable prices. Friendly people working here too. Clean for the most part. Some customers try on sandals with sand on their feet or put items in spots they dont belong, but the shopkeepers keep most everything as neat as possible.

The shirts that are 4 for 10 are no good they have rips in them

Heres where you can get all those shirts, hats and tourist stuff without paying inflated Duval street prices. We scored some lightweight long sleeve shirts for fishing at a fair price.

The place is boasting that it saves you money and is way cheaper than buying stuff in Key West want you to stop here to save money and buy it cheaper here well its just not true Ive been to Key West several times and saw the same exact items in those stores cheaper in Key West in fact several of the items were more expensive in this store the only stuff thats cheap is the super cheap quality or a t-shirt you would never by anyone its hype nothing more

Cool place if your a tourist. You can Amazon everything in the store and save half of what they charge. They have tons of key west shirts and such as well as all brand named fishing shirts, shorts and Sandals.
