They advertised on a coupon card that I received from my hotel’s concierge. I presented the coupon in good faith. They would not honor the coupon, stating it was expired. I pointed out that it had no expiration date on it. They then changed their story and accused me of being someone who would present a photo copy of this coupon…but they could tell it was an original and NOT a photocopy! I asked for the coupon back and they refused! They then started marking on the coupon, which was actually MY property. They get plenty of business, but they need a lesson in ethics and considerate management. Just honor your coupons and treat your costumers right.

What a fun spot! Such a welcoming environment. Super clean and well operated establishment, they cleaned the table and chairs right after people got up from the tables. Wish there were more places that ran their business like this. You can tell the staff truly enjoys what they do. The snow cones we great. They even had a holder that you put on the table so it was easier for the kids to eat. Thanks for the super chill environment. We will definitely be back!

Read a few reviews on this place and decided I had to try it. Definitely glad we did. The flavors were so good and the medium snow cone was huge! The staff was friendly too.

This is one of the many food shops around town! They have rolled ice cream, which can be kind of fun. Its a little pricey and there are stores selling what they have for cheaper, so many just walk around before you go buy?Plus, its an active place for the famous Key West Chickens!

This is one of the most unusual ice cream parlors I have ever seen. Besides Hawaiian style shaved ice there is mix in ice cream, where various ice cream toppings are mixed into an ice cream base.There store has a weird, hippyish decor and its worth going into the store to look around. Ultimately I dont know if the ice cream is better than a more standard ice cream parlor.However its worth trying it when you are walking around Key West.

This place is Yummy!!! I love the rolled ice cream but the shave ice is perfect on a hot key west day. A bit pricey but everything here is… delicious dessert spot!

Great deal for the price. I thought that the small was a large. It is well air conditioned and feels like a great environment. I tried blue raspberry and cherry. After a taste test I decided that the blue raspberry was a better flavor and I would recommend that. All in all this is a great place to get a quick shaved ice for a good price.

We decided to stop here while we walked around. We opted for the shaved ice. Large portions to keep you cool on hot days and the flavors were spot on. Pineapple was our favorite out of the three we got. Key Lime was more like a lime Kool aid though. Fun place to stop!

Tiger blood shaved ice was enough ice to cause a 2 hour delayed school opening in NY. It was around 100 degrees when I ate this snow cone and it hit the spot. Also, I figured out why they call it tiger blood - my teeth and tongue were red for 3 hours after and I looked like I had just taken a bite into a gazelle.

The orange and pina colada shave ice was so so delicious that I wish I could buy it locally elsewhere! If you have a sweet tooth, you will love it. Caution-its extra sweet. We liked the pecan ice cream and the Cuban coffee too, but the shave ice flavor made our day!

It was so hot while we were walking around Key West saw someone eating shaved ice and so I had to have one. It was cool and air conditioned inside and the people were friendly helpful and my shaved ice was delicious.

Business hours say they close at 10pm but I got there at 9:30 and he literally closed the door on my face and said were closed. Maybe they should update their hours!

Went into this ice cream shop off of Green St in Key West. This was a first for my husband and I. Rolled Ice Cream was the best. I had the real Strawberry and it was the best ice cream I have ever ate. My husband had the Chocolate and he was so surprised of how good it was. We will definitely be back.

We visited Key West in early November 2018 and found this place by accident. Great Hawaii style shave ice (not snow cones). We had ours with ice cream underneath which they roll by hand and topped with some tropical syrups. Very refreshing in the hot weather. We liked it so much we came back a second time. The service was super friendly. The place is clean and whimsically decorated.

We stumbled across it on our last day vacationing in Key West, and the options and service were so great, we went back the same day!!I got tigers blood and wedding cake shave ice with condensed milk stuffed with vanilla rolled ice cream. It was AMAZING and worth eating twice in one day.

The shaved ice is refreshing with the heat and they dont have the flavors heavily loaded down, like how some flavor syrups can be thick like maple syrup. Its not sickening sweet and has a nice balance. The ice cream looked awesome. Great presentation. You must be patient for the ice cream. They literally make it fresh right in front of your eyes. Watch as the ingredients come together and your treat starts to take shape. Fully customize for your ice cream treat. They have add-ons for your shaved ice as well and a large selection of flavors. They will also mix flavors are you request. Go for a single flavor or a rainbow of flavors. Its a great place to visit, especially right before the sunset at mallory square.

Very colorful & cute ice cream shop in Key West, Florida. Quite close to the popular Duval Street, right on the corner. Lots of delectable flavours available with fresh fruits and other toppings. Limited seating inside. Perfect to eat their ice cream while walking around town, enjoying the sights.

The only place Ive been on the mainland that serves genuine Hawaiian shave ice. The two guys working behind the counter were kept hopping, and they were so cheerful and friendly. It was a perfect break from all the walking around Duval Street. Seating inside is a bit crowded, but there are benches outside too. Too much fun!

Been all over the globe and met a lot of people and I must say that DJ & his Ohana have put together an amazing little business with quality cold and tasty treats. Strongly recommend you try it..!!

The staff was very friendly, but the açaí bowls are a rip off :( Don’t go here if you’re from the northeast, you’ll be disappointed! The açaí bowls are made from a machine that looks like it makes soft-serve ice cream. The açaí is only filled to half of the cup.
