Store was pretty well stocked. Only problem the A.C. was out. Dont know how the employees worked, they were helpful as always!

Friendly and helpful employees. Customer service can be hit or miss in the Keys. This DT always has good customer service.

This Dollar Tree was clean, well organized and had everything that we needed.

I like the store, there is a variety of products, but I had a bad experience with a cashier named Vian was very rude, maybe she was upset by the amount of products I bought and she was in a hurry, she did not want to sell me some products, dollar tree It should have more friendly staff and willing to work, because we get to buy, as customers we do not deserve to be treated badly by these cashiers

I went in 4 weeks ago and Lavere (spelling?) Was kind, nice and helpful. She got my cases of bleach that I bought to my car for me. I cannot lift them because of recent arm surgery. Again today Ivan and Thomas helped for same reason. Thomas put in my car for me. All of them were, kind, helpful, accommodating, and respectful. Thank youll very much.

I luv it but not many items to choose...it seems they need orders more often given there arent a lot of options in Key West. The store gets depleted very fast.

The website says they close at 9pm. Ive went there twice, and they close at 7pm.

Dumpy. Shelves were empty. Selections limited. Key West needs a Super Walmart.

Its a great Dollar Tree, but also its a Dollar Tree so dont expect the world. Im always happy with my experience here relative to the value Im getting, but plan ahead because peak hours are very busy so the checkout lines can be long when there is a rush.

The staff is great here. Fast checkout. Even when they have long lines they keep things moving smoothly. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Meh... its a good, clean store, but its hard for them to keep the shelves stocked. Sometimes, you have to find out when the truck is supposed to be coming in order to plan your visit. They do ALWAYS have some sorts of basic cleaning chemicals, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, foods, kid toys, pet foods, normal foods and that sort, but if you want something specific, you may have to wait on that delivery first.

My steady supply of$1 cheater glasses enables me to have several pairs in every room in the house and cars. Plenty of new surprises pop up regularly ! Fun stop @

Their closing time is at 9 and I went at 8 and 35 and they did not want to attend me

Dirty nasty lazy staff shelves a wreck. Maybe the managers need to see the Tavernier store wow what a differences

30 people in line with one register open. They opened a second one and put the worlds slowest checker on it. She spent her time talking ul thr guests in front of me and then double charged me for a basket. I foolishly declined a receipt so I cant fight back. Five items for $6.42 So not a value.

Dollar tree is great and has really cool and useful stuff and good food for $1 each, but they run out of certain things sometimes and takes a while to restock. Sometimes they never get that item again.

Went in after I got off of work and they were very busy, the cashiers were efficient and kept the line moving plus they were in good spirits.I work retail and know how taxing it is on the busiest day after Thanksgiving, Christmas eve and the day after Christmas.

Rodney the assistant manager is always very helpful and will go and look for items not yet on the shelvesThe cashiers are friendly and helpful

Hey what can I say its the dollar store right, so during this event to the dollar store I got to Watch 2 ginormous residentially challenged white women both of which were wearing some kind of undersized yoga pants with an oversized back sides and the fabric was just screaming at the seams . These lovely ladies collectively had about three teeth in their head and two teeth in their pockets. If I deciphered the diatribe between them it was over some kind of Kool-Aid substance that obviously cost a dollar. One was telling the other that she shouldnt buy it because it cost too much. Im thinking, ladies youre at a dollar store a gallon of Kool-Aid for a dollar is a pretty good bargain drink some, take some back to the trailer park, and put out the fire because the aluminums burning I could smell it from here. I grabbed my bag of cheap office supplies and exited stage left, post haste and most ricky-tick. Is always an experience at the dollar store

RECENTLY I ORDERED SOME CANDLE HOLDERS FOR MY SHOP IN MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME FOR IT TO GET HERE. KEY WEST. I CHOSE TO HAVE IT SHIPPED AND NOT WAIT FOR THE TRUCK TO BRING IT TO THE STORE. IT WAS FOR A BIG EVENT AND I NEEDED IT. WHEN THE FIRST BOX ARRIVED IT WAS 12 PICTURE FRAMES NOT WHAT I ORDERED I CALLED THEM THE NEXT MORNING AND TOLD THEM I HAD TO HAVE THEM.. THEY WERE TO SHIP IT THE NEXT DAY SO I WOULD HAVE PLENTY OF TIME.. I DID NOT CARE WHAT THE COST WAS I NEEDED THE PRODUCT. FRIDAY CAME AND NO PRODUCT I CALLED AND THEY SAID WILL IT WILL BE THERE ON TUESDAY OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I HAD TO REPLACE ALL 24 CONTAINERS WITH MORE EXPENSIVE ONES AND TAKE APART THE 12 THAT I HAD RECEIVED THE DAY AFTER THE FRAMES. WHEN I CALLED THIS MORNING TO LET THEM KNOW IT COST ME 274.00 TO REPLACE THE VASES. UNDO WHAT WAS DONE AND RE DO IT IN THE OTHER VASES AND THE ADDITIONAL PRODUCT BECAUSE THE CONTAINERS WERE LARGER... THE LADY ON THE PHONE SAID OH WELL IT WAS ONLY A $1. ITEM AND IT WOULD HAVE COST TO MUCH TO SHIP EXPEDITED SHIPPING .. I DID NOT CARE. AND SHE SAID WILL IT WAS ALL HUMAN ERROR. YOU CAN RETURN THEM AND WELL GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. SUCH A CROCK... THE REALLY DID NOT CARE.. ABOUT THE TROUBLE THE CAUSED US.
