I had the pleasure of meeting both Whit and Dorcas on separate visits to their store. What wonderful people! I wanted a Stetson Panama hat and they were able to hook me up with exactly what I wanted. Came in to gift a hat. Birthday boy went directly to the baseball caps not taking a second look at all the wonderful items covering the walls. The person working there was very helpful, she came in and offered some other... better options. After trying some on Bday Boy decided on a beautiful linen hat. Everyone left happy! Great place to come browse and Maybe but a hat or two!

Very disappointed! made a purchase of a couple costumes, one pictured several pieces, just 2 hours after purchase realized you did not get everything pictured, went back prepared to spend more money. but they did not sell the other pieces, at this point I asked for a refund since I could not make it complete .THEY REFUSED ....it seems they are not concerned with repeat business since they are in a tourist area
