1st trip: Great service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Found what I was looking for.2nd trip: Private owners. Does not honor coupons from corporate that say can be used in stores OR online. Did not greet me but greeted others as they walked in. Seemed too busy to help when there was only 2 other customers looking around that didnt need help. Priced way too expensive. Will just go online and get my discount and free gifts next time.

Great experience with the employees! Very professional answered all our questions. Even turned on our product to check that it worked before we left. First time in a shop like this and it was a comfortable experience

Decent selection from the basics to the extreme. We got a few items from here to make me happy (and him too of course) really liked that there was a toy display to interact with to see what you might like best. Definitely not a wasted trip! 😉

This place is so fantastic. The pictures that are online are on point. I got some items on sale.Super pet friendly offered us water as soon as we walked in from the hot Sun with the social distancing being on alert. Answered any question I had about the products. I always check this place out when Im in Key West.

Never using Adam and Eve again! Was sold a a broken toy!!! Was told it needed to be charged when it didnt turn on in store and to go home, charge it and if it didnt work to come back in the morning. When we returned in the morning (2 mins after opening with receipt) Mildred was extremely rude and nasty! Refused to give managers name. Told my wife too bad while laughing. I have used the online store more time than I can count and never thought I would be treated with such nastiness in my life! I am currently in contact with the corporate franchise office but with the way I was treated this morning I wouldnt be surprised if I end up having to eat the $200!UPDATE!!!Liza is amazing! After posting my review she went above and beyond to make things right. she was able to find my wife on FB only a few hours after posting my review. not only did she replace the broken toy but threw in a free gift for the trouble we went through. I cant say enough about Liza and the managment team! will definitely we visiting again as long as Mildred isnt working.

This place must be new, wasnt here last time we came in April. Very clean store, but disappointing novelty selection. Duval doesnt need another over priced apparel store.

There arent many like that in KW but I feel like its a bit expensive. But in general it has a very good treatment and some products are very interesting.
