I have been working with PacAudio since 2017 when we first broke ground on building a home here in Kauai. Finally 2021 and the house is done, the sound system, tv, artwork that hides the tv with the press of a button and wireless setup is all in and it looks and sounds amazing. I have received so many compliments on the system. However, over these last four years I had to work with 3 different people (as the first guy left the island and the second left the company) which caused a few problems but everyone was kind and understanding and helped me to not stress out and Seth, the lastest PacAudio rep has really put my fears at ease with his quick responses, knowledge of the equipment, helpful advice and tutorials on the system. I am not a savvy tech person and I wanted an idiot proof system but when I have questions Seth doesnt make me feel stupid, he will walk me through everything again and with a smile. I cant recommend PacAudio enough and I look forward to this ongoing relationship.

I worked with PAC to take care of some sound dampening and music issues in my office. They were spot on with analysis and design to solve my problems. And when it came time to install they were there when they said they would be. If anything came up regarding scheduling for any reason, they made sure to contact me first thing to make sure all went smoothly.
