I love the food here on a typical, but this location is on the edge. Last time I ordered chicken and potato wedges... no wedges when I got home. Today, same order and the wedges tasted like burned plastic.... seriously... ?!?!? Gonna give them one more try, but yall are now at two strikes...

I went to elementary and middle school right nearby in the 2010s and we went here everyday to eat and hangout at the tables. They were generally very friendly to us! One time an employee payed for my drink when I realized I was out of money. The food was alright. The service can be slightly slow sometimes. Horrible customer service!! Everytime I come in here, and I do 5 times a week as I work in the Mall and they know me. No matter how hard you try to be polite and curious towards them (as I understand they are busy and Im sure dont wanna be at work) i am met with dirty looks and rude business! Do not waste your time giving your hard earned money to such ungrateful and lazy employees.

Why are they serving prepared food here!? The chicken is sawdust and the staff is sub-human garbage when it comes to customer service. Total rip-off on marked up prices. You can shop any place and find everything for less money. A ghetto spot for ghetto people to feel at home. Blatant ripoff!

Google has this Minit Stop listed as a Bank of America ATM. And indeed, the ATM does take my BOA ATM/Debit card. But it is a First Hawaiian Bank ATM, and so charges a $2.75 fee to do the transaction. Not horrible, especially if you are a tourist spending beau-coupe bucks just to be in Maui. BOA and most national chain banks dont seem to have moved into Maui yet.

I bought gas here on Sept 17th, and charged at the pump for about $45 in gas, and they pump charged me $100 instead. What a ripoff, is this some kind of pre-auth scam? Not cool!!

Minit Stop Piilani Village, Maui.Oh my god. I hated Marie (old thin asian lady that looks over her library glasses) when she worked at Times so I dont go there. Always a hassle because she cannot see and I have to accommodate her lack of vision AND take my ID out of he tight CLEAR sleeve (hassle). Now she also works here and every time its a nightmare for not just me, as I have noticed, but for others as I noticed earlier today.A woman was in front of me and Marie was taking her time tending to the register, fixing something, dusting something whatever he hell she decides to do and make people wait. Anyways, she got to her after the customer said something and I went to another cashier.So today, after 4 hours of tennis my partner and I wanted to hang out for a bit and have a couple beers, when I tried to buy 2x24 oz cans of beer, she told me to take the card out of the clear sleave again and I said no. You can see it, here...and handed her the wallet. She could see it and everything was fine. I find that the more times I have to take the damn card out of the wallet the greater chance of me losing it so....I dont do it anymore. There is no reason to.3 hours later I came back and tried to buy two more. She said, did you buy beer here earlier?, I said yes. She said I cannot sell this to you because I can smell the alcohol. I was shocked! In all my 30 years of buying Bud Light I have never had anyone tell me that and refuse to sell me beer. I wanted to strangle her. Oh by the way it was around 3p in the afternoon.You must get rid of her, she is not customer friendly at all and I dont know who the hell she thinks she is. I will not go back there while she is there -- and I spend about $20 there each day, at least $600 month on beer, water, Gatorade, soda, chicken, sushi and musubis. No more until she is gone. I dont go to Times and I wont come here to Minit Stop either. No problem.

I just bought some chicken and it sucked. It not the same. It was dry and didnt taste like minute stop chicken. Bummed! I guess we wont get chicken from there anymore. ....
