As a long time customer and annual visitor to Maui, I was recently disappointed in the service from M & M. I had a beautiful Koa cell phone stand I got a few years ago, but havent used it because its quite lopsided and the cell phone wont sit straight.I made it back to Maui (after restrictions sort of lifted) and brought the stand with me to see what they could do. (Turns out theyve completely redesigned them since then.) But the best they would do is sell me a new one for 50% off and let me keep the old one.Not sure why they thought that would suffice. I wasnt keen on spending more money and keeping one that didnt serve its purpose.Disappointed because I have spent thousands with them and always been very happy. Until now, where I find myself with very little desire to shop there again. A few years ago I worked with Vivian, who was fantastic! Sorry shes no longer there. She was a pleasure. Now M&M is just a disappointment.
They have a great collection of local artwork and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The glass is a little more expensive then upcountry, but not unreasonable. The woman helping us even entertained our twins while we decided on a print
Great selection of Hawaiian art. Staff is wonderful and has been very helpful over the many years we have done business with them.
A shop for the elite wealthy, but the gifts were all handmade by local artists instead of mass produced in Taiwan.
Incredible wood art pieces, glass pieces, and handbags. Most are made from Koa, a rare Hawaiian wood. Staff warm up considerably when they realize you are wearing their brand already.
Way over priced
