Excellent work. Easy crew to work with. Very accomodating because they had to wait for other contractors to finish before they could finish! Came to house several times to measure because other contractors did not build to architect drawings or made other changes after measure! Helped us select the best material for our extremely hot lanai. Used solar screen that blocked the sun but not the view. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the end product. Price was right! Glad we chose Maui Screen.

I set up an appointment for Maui Screen to come out and take measurements for a screen. They no called no show. When I called to see what’s up they were unprofessional.The only reasons I am upset is because I waited for you all morning and no one called or showed up!!! Then you were rude about it. All you have to do it call and say you have to reschedule!!!

Husband and wife team that works very hard to get things done in a timely manner. I have used Maui Screen for several jobs over the years and they have been reasonably priced and always performed excellent quality service.

They are the best. They saved me ...I am off island and own a vacation rental..they accommodated my tight schedule with same day service.They arrived right on time as soon as guest checked out and were back with my beautiful new lanai screen door ...before the next guest checked in that day.They even sent me pictures and priced well. Will definitely use them again

Im only giving these folks a one star because because a no star score doesnt seem to be an option. These folks are the rudest most unprofessional people Ive ever dealt with. As long as youre willing to put up with their non-responsiveness and missed appointments and, dont dare question there work product, youll be fine. My advice, RUN-dont walk away from this company. There are several competent and reliable companies on the island that can help you. I made the mistake by calling them, hopefully this review will keep others from doing the same. Awful people!

Great experience! Being off island owners we know how frustrating it can be to have repairs done while were on island and we were very pleasantly surprised by the prompt service from Maui screen. We called Them late afternoon on Sunday. They were here on Monday morning and our screen door was repaired within an hour. Price quoted was the price we paid. Great friendly and professional service! We would highly recommend This company! Thanks so much Maui screen!

Unreliable!! I called on Monday, they said they would come Tuesday. Tuesday, they said had to come back, would try to come back toward the end of the day or Wed morning. At the end of the day Tuesday they said they would come Wed before 11. I asked if they were certain they would come Wed, and the response was I dont know, our phones keep ringing. So - they cant give you an appointment, and if they do, you cant rely on them to show up. Wed at 11 they said they would be here in about an hour, and when I was unhappy they just cancelled because they are too busy. If you cant do the job, then just say so and give me the opportunity to find someone else!!
