My friends hearing aid broke one of the first days we were on vacation in Hawaii. We were able to get in to see Dr David Bettorf who came in early to meet us. During the 15 minutes he spent with us, he not only repaired an older hearing aid, but was able to educate us on what to expect from the audiologist back home, things to ask for and a plan of care going forward. He is competent, compassionate, and has excellent patient care skills. He was up-beat and positive. His care greatly improved the rest of our vacation. Highly recommend!

I called Hearing Aids of Hawaii yesterday as one of my hearing aids was in need of repair, and no other facilities on the island were able to help me. David said to come in and he’d take a look at it. Literally within 5 minutes the repair was made without any muss or fuss.When my hearing aids need replacement, I will definitely be heading back to David and Hearing Aids of Hawaii. He’s got a new patient for life!
