The employees here are above and beyond friendly and helpful. Even through CoVID-19 theyve been incredible each and every time I have needed UPS.

Just not a good experience. Very dismissive. Wanted something shipped from the mainland... “Call the mainland”.!First thing she wanted to do was tell me how much it was gonna cost just to hold the packages... and how long they were gonna be inconvenienced holding them for me.Absolutely... no help.I was thinking perhaps she was just having a bad day... but judging by the comments, sounds like par for the course?Should just put a sign on the door that says “Go to FedEx!”

My wife and I walked into this store. Another gentleman, walked in, and went straight to the counter. (We were looking at the bubble wrap, and trying to find boxes.)AJA, an employee, yelled at my wife and I. She was very rude, asking if we knew how to count.She wouldnt let me explain that the gentleman cut us in line.My wife still had items to be shipped in her hand. She was kicked out, and treated like We had broken some law.! We took our remember items to FEDEX.We wont be back.

Aloha!This was the worst experience EVER at my neighborhood ups. I’ve lived in Kihei for 15 years and never had this bad of service.This lady with short fluffy brown hair was absolutely awful to my dad and I. She had no care for what we were trying to accomplish and made us feel like we were nothing. She laughed and told us to come back later with no explanation. When we came back her attitude was condescending and mean.I will NEVER come back here for ANY service EVER.

Highway robbery if you need to print. I needed to print 2 pages and it was listed at 15 cents/page. I brought them on a USB stick and expected to plug them into the copier/printer and be able to print. However, that was not the case. They have archaic equipment and then a Windows computer that you have to go onto to print. I wasnt using any of the applications nor the Internet. I wanted to print 2 pages of pdfs! I am thinking 30cents, but then get charged $3.43. Complete farce! They cant help you because of COVID and they just demand your money. I am disgusted and will drive to Kahului to Fedex Kinkos in the future where it costs 13 cents and there are no hidden fees. Dont go here!

I never write reviews but this one felt warranted. Terrible service. The woman behind the counter was really rude. Service was so bad that I walked out and drove to FedEx pack and ship in town. Will not be back.

DON’T COME HERE TO GET ANYTHING NOTARIZED! Very rude service after I waited 4 hours for an appointment from the lady at the desk. She refused my proof of ownership of my company even after she asked her co-worker if my paperwork would work and he said yes... I will not be back and I will tell my friends about it.

If you want to stand outside in 90 degree heat with no shade to mail a package that already has a paid label, this place is for you.

First rate service, Kimber made everything quick and easy, and all of our stuff made it to us intact and was well and expertly packed. If you have things to send back to the mainland, I couldnt recommend this store more highly.

These people are so helpful and kind. I was in a real bind and from the minute they answered the phone until the minute I left they wanted to make sure I was satisfied and everything was complete. I am happy but even more I am grateful they helped me when I really needed it.

Most of the time they are nice here but one of the ladies working today was just super rude for no reason.

While looking for the store hours for Saturday, I noticed a few bad reviews here which seem unbalanced from the positive experience most people seem to have there. I rent a box from them with package receiving option and I find the employees to be super friendly, and most know my name on sight when I come to pick up a package even though I only come once a week or so. All greet customers with a smile.Ive never used the computer there so cant speak to that experience, but if you rent a box from them or have them ship stuff for you, I think youll have a good experience.

People are super helpful here however customer service could be a bit more accommodating, always seems theyre helping not first come first serve...if they did they would get another star.

They do everything right for a PO box offering, but more than anything - every time I go to pick up a package or mail from my box I get a big Aloha Nui! from all the staff.They remembered my name instantly and they just make me smile every day. They take aloha seriously.

You got to catch them when it’s not busy, If they are busy you will be waiting a long time! In any case, their customer service is excellent!

This place is perfect for small businesses. Super helpful and kind.

Terrible service. The manager was very rude and dismissive.

This location does not seem to support mobile printing via the HP ePrint application. No one on staff knew about it, even though it is recommended by UPS and the Kihei store shows up as an ePrint location. Be careful when using the computer there to print; its not outfitted with the security features that one would find at Fedex Office — the last users gmail account came up as a login option. And yes, theres a $3 charge just for computer rental.

I went to the UPS in hopes of obtaining some shipping supplies for a UPS shipment. Apparently the UPS store and UPS shipping services are totally unaffiliated and I am the last one the hear about it??? The employees treated me with extreme attitude and were very rude. Even though UPS offers free shipping supplies, all they wanted to do was sell me a box. I was not at all happy with my experience.

3 dollars for 15 minutes of using computer? Its insane. Dont print there, go to fedex, its for free. INSANE!
