Wonderful time on the way there and back. The sheer amount of sea life to witness during snorkeling was so special. Captain Chase picked some great tunes (Tom Sawyer on the ride back in was epic!) and put us all in a great mood even though our trip was coming to an end. For me, 1 hour in the water was enough, the waves were a little hectic for this newbie snorkeler. One of the best experiences ever for sure.

Had a really nice two hour snorkeling adventure. It was the perfect amount of time as I wanted to snorkel but didn’t want to spend all day doing it. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and gave a nice brief about the area before we jumped into the water. We had about an hour of swimming time ans 45/50 mins round trip of water travel. Definitely recommend taking Dramamine if you, like me, were meant to be farmers not sailors.

This was the best part of our family trip!!! A 10/10 experience snorkeling with turtles and coral reefs throughout the ocean. Our tour guides were absolutely amazing with extensive knowledge on the history of the ocean and rocks. They were very experienced and the trip felt safe, adventurous, humorous, and truly a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Redline One!!

This tour (we went in May 2021) was absolutely fantastic. From the small boat, our guides, and the 6 (!!) stops our boat made, my husband and I had a wonderful time. Youll start the morning off with a ride to Molokini, breakfast, and snorkeling. We were able to snorkel in the crater, the edge of the crater, and the backside. We then proceeded down to the south coast to see the lava flows. Then, it was back up towards Turtle Town where I saw 5 turtles! We got lucky that the water was not super murky while we were there. We ate lunch, and since our group was speedy, our guides squeezed in one extra stop where we saw two monk seals and a giant turtle in one of the underwater caves. I appreciated the information and history from our guides, plus how they personalized the trip for our tour to let us have extra snorkeling stops. This was by far one of our favorite excursions of the whole trip. We cant wait to visit again!

Our trip was fantastic. Nothing better than having Mother Nature be the entertainment. Jonathan and Kim were knowledgeable, funny, friendly and just fun to be with. Great captain on the upwind bash. Kim made herding cats look easy and there were no stupid questions. Food was delicious, not the Costco muffins I was gearing up for. Great playlist! Very professional.

Did the 5 hour snorkeling trip this morning and it was an absolute delight. Chase & Katie we’re extremely informative, they made it an extra special experience. We got to see plenty of fish, beautiful corals, surreal rock formations & even swam with the coolest turtles in the pacific. The breakfast & lunch were actually delicious (especially the cinnamon buns). Highly recommend them as this is a must for your trip!

My husband and I liked the fact we were not with the masses - only about 14 people on our boat/raft. Our captain and assistant took the time to know our names and were very professional. It was a great experience. I would book with Redline again without hesitation.

Sean and Katie were amazing guides… they were mindful of everyone in the group, took us to amazing spots and anticipated everything we might need every step of the way!Also, the snorkeling was really spectacular. We went to multiple spots, each better than the last. The water clarity was some of the best I’ve ever seen and we saw gorgeous reefs, countless colorful fish, SO MANY turtles, reef sharks, and spinner dolphins (from the boat).Redline is great because the boats are smaller and faster, so you spend more time in the water snorkeling and the groups are much smaller in size than anyone else on the water in this part of Maui. We will absolutely book again.

Loved, Loved, Loved my experience. This was my second time snorkeling and Redline rafting did and excellent job. We were taken to 4 different snorkeling spots. Three of which were places the rafting boat could go, but the big boats couldn’t. Couldn’t count the number of different fish we saw. Had a wonderful time at the last spot where we saw numerous turtles and a very diverse coral environment, plus plenty of fish. Nice plus was the free parking near the launch point.

So much fun! Chase and Ally were awesome guides and my favorite part was probably riding the waves on the boat. It was windy and we definitely got some air a few times. This is a great snorkeling tour for folks that are the adventurous side. My hubby and I loved it and can’t wait to come back and bring our teenagers!

Great time!! Guides were awesome and we had amazing snorkeling . The food was good too, we didn’t feel hungry at all the whole morning. We stopped at 4 different places and even saw some dolphins! They ended with a spot where we were able to see multiple sea turtles too.Suggest to BOY towel. We would recommend the 5 hour over the 2 hour trip for sure, we felt the shorter one would have been too short!!Thanks for everything 🤙🏼

We have been on 3 tours with Redline now, and they have been fantastic every time! So much fun on the tour and such an amazing experience. Our tour guides were so friendly and knowledgeable. Our most recent tour was with Ethan and Ali and they were both lovely and ensured we had such a great time. Looking forward to coming back next year!

This snorkeling experience was a perfect first time for us! The guides were great and the views underwater were amazing! If we come back to Maui we will snorkel with them again! We did the 9:30 2 hr tour and loved it!! :)

Excellent time! We went with Redline (5 hr) as it seemed more adventurous than the other offerings available. We were not disappointed. Knowledgeable guides had more stops and a smaller group, including back side of Molokini, were all pluses. Had an added bonus on our return to port as the trade winds kicked in. Every seat was ‘splash zone’. Way too much fun!

We went out on the half day snorkel to molokini and the south maui coast and had a blast. We saw the inside of the crater, took an elevator ride on the back side, then went to the shore and saw sea caves, and our last stop was turtle town which didnt disappoint. There must have been over a dozen turtles there that day. The crew was awesome and super friendly. There was only 3 other couples out with us which made the experience so much better in our opinion than going on a big boat. Highly recommend. So glad we picked this as our expedition for the trip.

What a perfect way to get up close and personal with the undersea world at Molokini! Captain Ethan and Allie couldn’t have been nicer or mire informative for us novice snorkelers. Just the right amount of time for a relaxed adventure. Highly recommended!

Great tour - quick ride out to Molokini so there was plenty of time to snorkel. I enjoyed the shorter 2 hour trip so we could spend the rest of the day doing other fun things as well. The guides were knowledgeable and keen on safety yet still laid back. Will definitely book the next time back on Maui.

This was an amazing snorkeling experience. Five hours of fun. The people were comedic, safe, nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The boat was one of the kind and the tour was much better than those bigger 100 people snorkeling tours. Got to swim with and turtles as well. On top of that the food was filling and delicious. The morning was perfect. Great snorkeling in crystal clear water. We saw eel, octopus, dolphins, turtles and tons of fish and coral. The breakfast and lunch were also delicious and made with care.

Fantastic day with Redline Snorkeling Tour! Our crew on Redline #1, Tim and Allie, we’re great! Very conscientious about safety, but went out of their way to make certain that everyone had a great experience. They learned everyone’s name upon greeting us at 6:30 in the morning. They were extremely helpful and fun to be around. Our trip included snorkeling at four different locations; Molokini Bay, then the backside of Molokini, then the reef at La Perouse Bay, and finally a stop along the shore near Wailea where we swam with sea turtles! Along the way we also saw the first of the season’s humpback whales to arrive. Just a great experience. Can’t praise Tim and Allie enough for making this the best day of our Maui vacation.

I’ve been snorkeling in Hawaii once before and it was great, but this trip blew that one out of the water. Kim and Tim were an AMAZING team! They were very knowledgeable about the islands/wildlife and had such a fantastic attitude the entire trip! I felt incredibly safe as well. We saw tons of fish, reefs, sea turtles and even a shark! If you are looking to take a snorkeling trip, I 110% recommend Redline Rafting! If I ever end up in Maui again, I’ll definitely be coming back.

Just finished the tour. Chase and Ally were our hosts and they were awesome!!!! I loved the easy talk, and then at each snorkel stop they both gave us stories and the history of the places we visited. The boat we were in was 30 foot, absolutely beautiful, and handled the Pacific like a champ.The people make the trip, and Chase and Ally just made it first class!Well done!!

Shane and Zach were engaging and friendly. They shared history about the island. They took us to four different snorkeling spots. The octopus, fish and turtles we encountered paired with the beauty of the various reefs was just the tip of the iceberg on this adventure. We had the pleasure of taking a two hour snorkel tour to the Molokini crater with the Redline rafting crew of Ethan, Sean and Allie. There was only one other couple on the raft, so it basically felt like a private tour. All three guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Our tour started with a safety discussion and history lesson. Sean gave us local food recs during the ride out to the crater. Sean and Ethan quickly helped fix my mask when it was leaking. During the snorkel, Allie jumped in and dove wayyyy down, helping to point out fish of interest. We even got to go to the backside of the crater, which was hands down the most unique location I’ve ever snorkeled. We highly recommend Redline to all tourists visiting Maui!

Our party of 3 had a blast. I was glad we were on Redline’s raft: smaller group meant the snorkel sites were not crowded. The captain’s assistant was a marine biologist who showed us cool stuff and answered questions. The boat ride was fun. The equipment was great. They took us to 4 sites. It was like swimming in an aquarium. At the last site, we swam with and watched sea turtles. We are happy we chose Redline.

A fabulous day on the water. Jonathan and Josh were great. If you are looking for a way to get introduced to snorkeling, this is the way to go. You feel safe because you know someone is looking out for you. There are other people - for sure - but that makes you feel safer.If you are experienced at snorkeling, there is nothing magical about Molokini other than it is an old volcanic crater. Not much going on underwater except clear views and fish. Honestly, the snorkeling near the shore is better on a clear day.BUT... We saw whales, dolphins, turtles, and the coastline from the ocean side of things. That is what makes this trip worth it. There are other ways to snorkel for free, but you cannot beat this trip if you want a fun ride on a boat and see lots of things that you may not be able to see otherwise.

Great early morning small rafting trip to Molokini! The crew was so nice and helpful. We got to the crater so early we were almost the only boat there for quite a while. The water was so clear. We even got another stop in turtle town where we got to swim with several honu (turtles) even though it wasn’t on the schedule and we were still back right on time. Thanks Redline Rafting! Great experience!!!! This is the 4 th time I’ve used them and they are every bit great each time!! They position in the best place inside the island and go behind the crater for a totally different experience. Nothing but professional and very good at making everyone feel safe and happy. The gear is cleaned properly and is in great condition. The ride was nice and the sun was out! Great pics, of octopus,starfish and many other fishes. This is a MUST DO for anyone!!

Tim and Josh were fantastic crew; funny and warm from the moment we arrived. Tim gave clear instructions and got the boat prepared for us to board quickly. Since we chartered privately, he let us know that we had the option of telling him where we wanted to go, but we deferred to his expertise the entire trip. Hed offer us a couple options at a time, let us know what hed choose (which is what wed always agree to), then take us there. He gave us Hawaiian and sea life education, mixed in with dad jokes and awesome classic rock all along the way! It was an absolute dream. Be sure to take whatever option is offered with sea turtles because you will get to see them up close and personal. Dont get too close, of course. I will absolutely use Redline next time Im in Maui and I will definitely request this crew.

Chase, Zack and Levi were just incredible. Chase has a sense of humor and make the trip fun yet you can tell hes very responsible. All 3 were very helpful and wanted to make the trip the best for every person. I realized snorkeling is not for me but would go out on the boat just to hang with the boys!

My husband and I went on the 2 hour trip which was the perfect amount of time for us . With it being a smaller group, we were able to spend time at Molokini and make another stop to see a bunch of sea turtles as well. It was a quick 15 minute boat ride, and very calm since we were out Just after 7 am and one of the first boats at Monokini. We were done early morning, which left us the rest of our day. Our guides were great as well, it was our first time snorkeling in the ocean and they were very helpful for those of us that were beginners.They provided all of the snorkel gear, and flotation devices. We were glad we chose this more intimate, shorter trip over the larger boats. One of our favorite experiences on our trip to Maui!

This was a fantastic experience that I will always remember. The crew is so much fun and very down to earth. They keep safety as their first priority and take you to the best stops. The captain was HILARIOUS and I will definitely be back to enjoy another vacation with the crew in the future!

Amazing experience! Friendly people who genuinely love the ocean and help you feel comfortable. Going on a raft was such a fun way to get to each spot. Also liked that we were a smaller group since we knew someone was watching out for us. Great to get out early and beat the rush, being able to go behind the crater was a big bonus. Needless to say the marine life and clear waters of Molokini were incredible!!

This was a last minute decision for us. The weather has been a little iffy for the 10 days we were here, but the last two days, it looked as if the weather was turning around a little bit. I grabbed the last two available slots for the Molokini trip. What an amazing adventure!Our guides Katie and Tim were superb. Both of them have extensive knowledge of Maui, the geological facts, bird life, marine life, and everything else in between. The lunch was great, but the best part was the fun we had with our knowledgeable captain at the helm, surfing the boat through some pretty big waves. This is not to be missed and this is possibly the best thing that we did while we were here in Maui. Ask for Tim and Katie to be your guides. They are fantastic!

Tim and Kim are the BEST tour guides through this adventure! They were so knowledgeable, funny and kind! Tim and Kim were super honest about the visibility at certain locations and even cut the day short due to visibility. They could have easily wasted our day but instead, they took us to the best spots for as long as possible! This was a wonderful experience and we will certainly be returning to redline for another snorkeling adventure in the future!

AMAZING!!! I had been to Molokini on a bigger boat before, but it was nice to do it with a smaller group, able to ask questions, hear more information about the marine life and ocean floor from our knowledgeable crew. Seeing the backside of the crater was awesome, the water was so many shades of gorgeous blues. I will recommend Redline Rafting to everyone I know going to Maui, and always go for the longest tour possible! Maximum water time always, the world underwater is phenomenal.

Excellent choice for snorkeling Maui. I’ve done this twice, once in a big boat with 50+ people and once with Redline. Definitely had a much better snorkeling experience with redline.First off, you’re on a smaller boat, so you can jet from one place to the next much faster. We ended up going to about 4 awesome snorkel spots compared to just two the last time I went. You also get a much more personal experience.Secondly, Tim and Katie were great, and took the time to care for all of us on the boat. Some people got a little sick from the wave rocking.I had a great time! If you need prescription goggles check out any surf shop and rent it out before.Tim

We had a great time with redline rafting and would highly recommend their services! As a small business, the tours are not overwhelmed with people and you’re given a unique and personal experience. Additionally, the smaller boat allows for snorkeling in places that are not as easily accessible and/or possible for the larger lines. We really enjoyed our Captain, Jonathan, and First Mate, Zach. They were knowledgeable, patient, and a lot of fun! We loved this experience and would do it again and recommend others do as well when in Maui!

This. This was a highlight of our trip! I’ve always wanted to get to Molokini to snorkel and just get on the water, and this was the perfect crew to do it with. Warm, friendly. Smaller, bumpy and fun boats with a dozen other people. Good eats, great information about the area, and fantastic snorkeling. We’ll recommend Redline to anyone looking for a more intimate and fun excursion than the bigger boats. Plus, my partner wasn’t super experienced with snorkeling, but they worked 1:1 with him and by the end, he was comfortable and couldn’t get enough! Chase and Ali, YOU ROCK, thank you!

This tour was awesome! The hosts were super knowledgeable about the area and gave a great and educational tour of the islands. The boat ride was really fun and we got a great view of the waters. Snorkeling spots were top notch and we saw some amazing coral, sea turtles, and beautiful ocean. Served yummy cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

I did a snorkeling trip with Redline and it was super awesome! We went to 4 different locations. We saw tons of bright fish, whales and lots of turtles!! They started us off with breakfast which was a delicious cinnamon roll and a fruit cup. Then we did the 4 snorkel spots and finished with a wrap sandwich that was huge, chips and a cookie. All very good!! The snorkel spots were all awesome and super clear waters. The staff were super chill, kind, funny and knowledgeable. It was definitely a great day out on the ocean and I would highly recommend Redline!

Wow! We were thrilled with our experience on the 5-hour Molokini redline rafting tour. Our guides - Jonathan and Kimberly - were extremely helpful with making sure our snorkel gear was good to go as well as providing great information about Molokini, the history of the island, etc. We saw spinner dolphins, turtles, and tons of tropical fish! It was a great morning exploring the various snorkel points. The boat ride itself was quick and easy. Breakfast and lunch were served as well. Our trip was fantastic. It was my wife’s lifelong dream to swim with sea turtles and this snorkel trip could not have been more of a success. Our crew was great, Chase and Katie were fun and very helpful. We spent as much time as we wanted at each spot and there was rarely more than one other boat at each location we went to. We booked with Redline at the recommendation of a friend who had gone on a tour with them a couple months prior and we are glad we did. Could not recommend them higher.

We really enjoyed ourselves. Captain Jonathan and first mate Steve are very skilled gentlemen and very kind and helpful. Christopher and Zac were awesome! A very good team. More than the normal wind and rough water came up very fast just as we finished lunch. Their boat skills were on full display in how they throttled in and out the meaningful chop. They treated each person, and the day, with enthusiasm as if it were the first day of a new exciting season. Fun was had by all!

Kika & Katie did a great job to give us the best snorkeling adventure. Went to 4 different snorkel spots each with different, beautiful things to see. We were lucky enough to see a musk sea lion, many turtles and not to forget the awesome assortment of ocean fish. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

Our guides were great !we got out early and was able to get a great spot to snorkel we even had some extra time so they took us to another spot to check out some sea turtles .very friendly and professional.

Best snorkeling experience ever, 5 hours every spot is different. Johnathan and Josh are super nice and knowledgeable. At first I was concerned about motion sickness but the raft was actually pretty stable, I had no issue at all. I saw so many fishes and a couple sea turtles

We did the full tour. Chase and Ali were our guides and it was a very fun trip. They let us snorkel as long as we wanted in each place and also gave us details about the areas we stopped. I got a little motion sick and they helped with some tips and didn’t try to force me into the water when I needed a break. They were very helpful and respectful. The boat rides were as fun as the snorkeling and I recommend this tour for anyone wanting a full and fun morning in the water. Good for kids and older people as well.

We had an awesome time on our snorkeling excursion! It was a small group which We much preferred to the big large boats that go out. Would definitely recommend!

Top notch experience. The crew were professional, knowledgeable and fun! The boat was well maintained and the lunch and breakfast were tasty as well. The best part was we saw lots of fish and turtles.

This was a fantastic tour, with great snorkeling opportunities, a funny captain, and beautiful scenery. Safe for non-swimmers like myself, there was a tranquility and peace that I felt during our early morning tour. Highly recommend; much more fun than the party boats.

We did the 2 hour trip - very efficient, simple, and rewarding! It was only a 15 min ride to the site and we snorkeled for a bit over an hour, the visibility was 10/10 and we swam with hundreds of fish. Zach and Andy were our sea leaders and were knowledgeable, funny and great!

Wonderful day on the water with Kikei (?) and Zach. We went to 3-4 areas to snorkel. We got to see a pod of Spinner Dolphins which was the highlight of our trip! Kikei helped me overcome my panic when trying to breathe using the snorkel equipment. Follow their instructions and you will do fine. I was worried about back issues, lack of bathroom facilities and nausea but there were no incidents. I felt very comfortable and secure. Breakfast and lunch were great. Our entire family had a great time and we highly recommend Red Line Rafting! Mahalo

This was an epic day. We snorkeled at 4 spots but in front of Mokolini Crater was my favorite. The coral was beautiful and there were so many different types of fish. Also, the guides, Tim and Zach, were great. They provided lots of info about each spot we stopped and had great jokes. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone coming to Maui!

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! Snorkeling in Molokini was amazing. The water was so clear and blue. Definitely a must do. I had snorkel once before and felt completely comfortable this time around. Our group had people of all snorkeling skill levels and everyone seemed to have a good time. Tim and Zack were HILARIOUS!!! They were super attentive to all of us and full of terrible dad jokes that made our experience all the better. Great music selection by our captain and the food was not half bad! Truly I think the best bang for your buck activity in all of Maui. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

This is a great experience if you’re looking for something to do away from all of the tourist crowds. The groups are fairly small and it’s easy to talk to and visit with the crew who are all local to Hawaii. They have great recommendations and are all super friendly leaving you with the well known aloha vibe. Totally worth it.

The snorkeling near the crater was really cool- we were on a small boat that only takes 14 passengers- so we were able to quickly jet out to the crater before the crowds came.For us- it was the perfect amount of snorkeling time. I’d guess we were out there for 1h15m- and 2 from our party headed back to the boat a little earlyRecommend this tour!

Excellent tour with great snorkel spots! The captain and crew were personable and provided interesting information about the Hawaiian islands. The music, food, and boat were all great! Saw lots of sea turtles at turtle town. Would go with redline again on another trip!

I specifically chose Redline Rafting because I wanted a smaller operator. We went out in the middle of the week and had one employee to three snorkelers. I felt like the staff was attentive and paid attention to all of its patrons.Employees were very personable and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic time. Great boat, captain and first mate. Besides the great reefs we snorkeled, the captain gave us the history of the islands and made the trip fun as well as informative. Would do again and highly recommend.

This was such an amazing tour! We loved every minute of it! Chase was our captain and did an amazing job navigating the boat through the waves. He was very knowledgable and gave a great history. Kim was also on our boat, she has such a love for the ocean and openly shared her knowledge, her enthusiasm was infectious. Levi was a crew member as well. He was so nice and helpful. There was a pretty rude guy on the boat and was pretty rude to Levi but Levi was just so nice and didnt let it ruffle him at all. The tour was awesome! The smaller boat got us into some pretty amazing spots! We saw so many turtles, beautiful fish and amazing coral reefs. I would 100% choose this tour again!

2nd time going, highly recommend! Chase was my captain first time, and Tim was my captain 2nd trip. Both are fantastic, funny, and very informative. Katie was awesome also! Snorkeling is super fun, and they take you to the best spots. Saw a lot of different fish, turtles, and dolphins this time! Perfect experience, would and will do it a 3rd when I come back to Maui :)

We had an amazing experience with Chase and Katy guiding us. They took us to the best spots! We saw fish, turtles and were lucky enough to spot some dolphins. I was a little worried about motion sickness but it water was calm that day and the ride was smooth. Highly recommend this snorkel experience!

Best part of our Maui adventure, saw so much marine life. They take you to so many reefs, each one different. Thought we would see a couple of sea turtles, but they were everywhere. Well run trip, great crew and lots of laughs.
