This was my first trip here. They found a badly leaking pinion seal in my rear-in. I questioned the fact, took my truck to my mechanic, and yes, it was leaking badly!!! Glad they were looking out for me and not trying to sell me a bill of goods!Glad to know they are honest and truly had my best interest in hand. Will go back!!

I have always hated getting my oil changed but came here today. AMAZING customer service, they showed me the old parts and let me watch them put them in the garbage and then showed me the new parts as they installed them. Everyone was so polite and helpful, namely Dustin who changed my oil. Excellent place. I no longer will hate having my oil changed. 10/10

Quick courteous service while maintaining social distancing

Took my truck in for a transmission service on a high mileage truck. They completed the service showed a dip stick showing full and I left. Drove approximately 10 miles something wasn’t right. Took it back and pulled the dip stick again and it was 2+ quarts low on transmission fluid. They topped it off, went on a test drive with me and agreed the transmission was now slipping. Told me to take it to a shop (had it towed) and was told if they say it was because of the fluid they would make it right. Boy was that a bold face lie. Owner and area manager came out a looked at the truck at the transmission shop to see if the could find any leaks to explain the 2+ quarts of missing transmission fluid????. No leaks anywhere and instead of trying to make it right basically said it is not on us and washed there hands with it.I was told a couple different times if they caused it they would make it right but nope they said they did what they were supposed to. They had already priced transmissions and then decided we will just F~€k this guy

I needed to get my car inspected. These guys were courteous and fast! They even had high quality washer blades to replace the ones that would have caused me to fail the inspection.When I got my car back, they had even vacuumed my floorboards!Thank you for going above and beyond!

I went to get a state inspection and they were wonderful. They vacuumed the inside of my car and cleaned my windshield, tightened my battery cables for me when I asked, and the inspection was quick and a great price

Went to get inspection sticker and was told it was ILLEGAL, yet I know for a fact it was. Considering there was nowhere else to get it done I had to RIP it off. The window right was a Christmas gift, and then they refused to tell when machine was last calibrated and didnt provide paper showing tint level.

My wife took her car here for an inspection sticker but they told her it wouldnt pass because her service light was on and that they would need to do a fuel injector cleaning in order to get it to go off. Fortunately, she called me to ask what she should do because they wanted to charge her over $100 for the fuel injector cleaning. They charged her for the sticker even thought they didnt pass it. I took it somewhere else and it passed without issue. The light was simply the reminder that she was due for an oil change... which we will not be getting done at Oil Exchange. -Lou & Wanda

I went for an inspection and they turned me away because my insurance went from Jan 8 to Feb 7 and said it had to be at least a 30 day policy.... There are 31 days in January. They are idiots. Went down the road to Oil Masters and had no problem. Dont waste your time going to these guys they dont want to do the work.

I had a very nice experience here getting my car inspected. The folks were friendly and helpful and the inspection cost me $7.

I arrived and was told by the technician that the price would be 42.50 but he did not take ANY information from me.... No name, no address, nothing. I found this odd but watched as the vehicle went into the bay for my oil change. I called mid morning to verify the car was finished and was then told the price was 58.00. When I said no, I was hung up on while supposedly being transferred to the manager. Called back and spoke to the manager and he said - just this once- he would adjust the price. The technician saw a female and thought he could rip me off! Never again!!! Do not do business with this place - they are dishonest and way too expensive! Even the dealership was less expensive.

Fibbers... Called to get a quote on an oil change for my 2017 F-250 6.7L Power Stroke. Told me it would be $78.00 even, no tax! I go get my oil changed, get ready to pay out and am told $106.00. Bait and switch!!! When I quote my customers a price I stick to it and not tell them that I dont like giving quotes over the phone (I can see why). I have no hidden fees. They did not bother to tell me that the oil filter would cost $28.00 MORE ( Ford filter... 19.99) than what was quoted to me!! On top of everything else they asked if I wanted to replace both my air filters. Umm NO THANK YOU!! They informed me that they would be $170.00 ( Ford $46x2). Next time, I will take my business down the street and my shadow will never darken their door. AND DONT GET ALL CAPPY ON ME!

Took my pickup in yesterday for an inspection. Was told that they could not pass it because there was condensation in one of my running lights and that one of the belts was dry rotted. They said they could drill a hole in the light. I asked where to go to get the belt replaced, they said they could do it foe 45$. I told them to do what needed to be done to pass the inspection. Find out after the fact that belts are not a criteria for state inspection. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of like that. Been doing buisness with them for years. Never again!!!!!

I got my oil changed here last. When I went to change my oil myself, the pan nut was way to tight, nearly broke my wrench getting it off. Then to no surprise, my filter was put on extremely tight as well, turned a 25 min oil change to an hour. I started to bring it up there and let them have a go on it. Ridiculous!
