Best price and best service around. I cannot walk away from my truck without looking back 5 or 6 times. Which is exactly what you want. Trying to support your local business has become the worst thing I have ever done.I went to this collision center called outrageous customs( the worst experience ever) I paid out of pocket to get body damage fixed on my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle I had paint on my head rest, my light and bumper were not placed in correctly, I paid for my bumper to get painted (which was not done ) I purchased a new protector for under my vehicle and they placed it in witb metal screws not plastic tabs which destroyed my bumper . I also paid for my back windows and eyebrow of my car to be tinted . The back window s where tinted I was informed to come back and when I tried to come back I was informed they don’t tint. She also refused to refund me for a weather strip I purchased that she didn’t instal on my car which I have a receipt for.Tj the owners wife informed me if I had any issues I need to contact Bryant Ford at Lyft king because she wasn’t going to deal with my vehicle. Come to find out she is very insecure and feels as if everyone is interested in her husband which is why she no longer wanted to work on my car and let her do worker’s damage my vehicle.When I went to Lyft king like she informed me to do she Informed then she never said that. She then set up an appointment for my vehicle which I went to to find out my headlight was broke (which is why it won’t set in place right ) she informed me that she gave me a gift of cleaning my lights and my light was not broke when I brought it in but is now broken and she refuses to take responsibility and fix it.I would advise any and everyone to stay away from this business it’s drama and they don’t take responsibility for anything that they do wrong!

I took my car here after the ice storm where I had alot of scratches and a dented hood. Within 5 days I had a brand new car. They are very professional and took care of me. Also they paid for me to get my windows tinted!! No other place does that, that I know of!!Highly recommend!!!

Based on the terrible customer service, lack of communication, and unapologetic attitude- I would Not recommend this Body shop to anyone who values their time.This business says it opens for business at 9AM.The doors to the shop office were not open upon me arriving about 9:05AM- 9:10AM; Monday morning. I approached the doors, to find them still locked, and a young man standing in the parking lot says to me: “We will be with you shortly ma’am”. Okay, I didn’t know if this young man was an employee or not, and I was confused for the entire time I was there. (Due to lack of thorough communication)However, I still waited around for about 5 more minutes. The owner- TJ, then comes in about 5 minutes after and opens the door, lets me inside, and barely engages in any dialogue with me then, too.-No apologies for running late, no apologies for the doors being locked, no type of consideration for my time or business as a customer.**SIDE NOTE: I work for a dealership that sends this Body shop lots of business- You’d think this be an easy “done deal” type of transaction/service, as my Job has recommended this place.To add, last week Miss TJ (owner) and I had been communicating through emails; Where I notified her of Monday being the day I would drop my vehicle off. I never received an email back informing me of any other details such as a time, any procedures, or instructions...I was ultimately irritated after miss TJ having a piss-poor customer service attitude, dragging her feet to help me or acknowledge me, poor communication skills, and no consideration whatsoever. I then grabbed my keys and told her I would go elsewhere. She didn’t seem bothered by that either.So unfortunately this business did Not have the opportunity to work on my vehicle, and I hope they can work on better customer service training, tactics, and communication in the future.

Remember when you were a kid and got a fever so you get to skip school a few days but then you start missing your friends so when you got to see them again you were happy.this was me when my car was in the shop, after the delay due to the snow storm I missed it so much that when I finally got to see my >100HP car I was so happy.

I called this place multiple times for an update on my damaged vehicle and they seem to keep making excuses and not giving me answers. Some examples are It will be ready soon and sorry im on lunch at the moment The customer service quality is pathetic.

The do Jeeps too;If you want to do something unique done to you vehicle, then this is the place for you. The service is very welcoming and the cat too. The Mopar light bar I wanted for my jeep doesnt exist anymore, and the other places near by wouldnt even look at my idea. I presented the pictures, and waited a few days. Not exactly what I wanted, but that was my fault. Left out some details. Still highly recommend this place if you want a custom job done.

They did a great job on collision repair for my 2015 Chevy Cruze and also some paint repair. I would recommend them to anyone and Ill be using them for any custom work I need done to my 2000 Chevy S10 that I dont feel comfortable doing myself. 10/10 service.

Severely not impressed with the service from the front desk clerk, she is rude and simply not professional. The owner Bryant is very straight forward and a credit to his company. My rim was sent off for repair and came back with more damage and a high price than I was quoted. I received a discount for the additional damages, but the rim want balance correctly. I was just today when I dropped the rim back off was that repair company cant say if they will fix the problem because of the additional damage caused by outrageous customs. I was told by the clerk that I could get my money back because she has plenty of money and dont come back, WOW. my wifes car still hasnt been completely repaired either, we were told one week for repairs that turn into 3, we picked up the vehicle and part of the bumper wasnt fixed, the free gift we choose was never done either and the battery was dead. Bryant replaced the battery which was great, and yes we missed our appointment to get return the vehicle but when we went back to drop the car off the plug and play piece missing from the bumper wasnt even painted yet and we were told we have drop it back off so they can take it too Kia to get it looked at.. this is crazy, the clerk made the comment to me today with my rim situation, she didnt have time to talk to me because she needed to drop her child off at school, now thats service right.. come on..

Although they did a superb job at installing lowering springs on my s550 mustang, I trusted their work and drove back home only to find out my rear wheel was about to fly off and the lugs were loose.The job was fast and good, just a simple error to triple check the wheels. I could have caused a very bad accident or possibly injured myself.They had very good customer service and fixed the problem when I drove back after tightening the lugs myself with a electric impact.

I called to request a quote and the lady who answered seemed very annoyed and gave me short answers without even showing the slightest bit of care for my request. Would’ve loved to come here with the work they put out but the lack of customer service is sad.

I highly recommend. Someone rear ended me and I had to get my bumper replaced. Outrageous was able to match the color of my car, which is something that the paint department at Audi couldnt do for touch ups. The color is Magna Red. It looks like a mixture between red and orange. The staff seem was very helpful and worked with both my insurance company and the other guys insurance company.

I recently purchased a spoiler and i went in to set up an appointment the same day i got the spoiler; they set up my appointment in less than 3 days and installed it for a great price! great prices, great customer service, great atmosphere. I must say I am very pleased with the outcome of what I thought was going to be a code 10 man down situation! It all started with a bent rim, my first thought was to take it to the dealership and get a new one. Well lets just say EPIC FAIL, of course they tried to hit me over the head for $500 to get a new one. A friend reached out to me and told me to see if its repairable and referred me to Bryant Ford (owner of Outrageous Customs) on Facebook. Im usually skeptical when it comes to third party places fixing my car other than the dealership and I had no idea rims could be fixed. I really didnt want to pay $500 at the dealership either if I didnt have to. So I immediately hit up Bryant on Facebook and explained to him my delima. He told me to bring it by so he could take a look at it. Bryant was very professional, and had exceptional customer service. I mean from the instant I met up with him at the shop to check out my rim I knew I had made the right decision and he was going to take care of me. I dropped my rim off to Bryant Thursday morning and had it back the next day Friday morning. My rim looked brand new, you couldnt even tell it was ever bent! Oh, and I saved A LOT of money! So with that being said I was definitely a satisfied customer and I will be referring friends and family to him also. I also will be taking my car back to get my projector door lights installed by him on my 2016 Dodge Charger! OMG!! OMG!!! OMG!!!!So I had a mark on my door plus a huge scratchs on my door and I thought I would have to get a new paint job. By me being active duty military station at fort hood, and about to deploy I didnt have the funds. But Brian came and said no just a little buffing is all you need and after 20 min my car look brand new OMG!!! I encourage anyone to come try them out. Im amazed!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH😭😭😭😘
