Some of the employees in this store are liars. I came in asking for a specific item that they had in the back. One of the employees was really nice and was going to get it and sell it to me (they had 6). As company policy states. Then other employees proceded to tell her to not sell it to me. That I had to wait until Monday for them to have all the seasonal stuff outside, to come first thing in the morning to buy one. Well, I came in first thing when they opened the doors and… you guessed it! There was NONE available. So obviously they were saving these items for other people and didn’t want to sell it to me. But I think what bothers me the most is that they lied and them made me waist my time.

I received coupons in the mail and went shopping 😁 Im now enjoying all the fall fragrances especially with my 20% off ! Ill be back soon!

They had their annual candle event! And the selection of candles were absolutely amazing. Not to forget that the stuff handled the mass amount of people like a well-oiled machine. Staff here was super friendly. You have no need though to close off the one side it makes coming in and out more awkward and you literally have to get so much closer to people which defeats the purpose of social distancing. Bath and body is overpriced though $7.50 for a handsoap is ridiculous. You have to wait until they have a deal.

Visited the store September 19. They had a sale going and when I saw the line I was worried it would take forever to get in. Nope! We only waited a few minutes. Everyone was kindly asked to use hand sanitizer upon entering the store. Employees were cleaning items people were testing. They had an air purifier in store. They were monitoring people entering/exiting the store. It was just really streamlined and made me feel comfortable even with Covid in mind. It was great shopping experience 🥰

On 2/7/2021, sales associate Rakiya helped me find the right products as a gift. She was extremely knowledgeable about store inventory, policies, and sales. She was very polite and professional. I probably would not have made these purchases if not for her assistance.

Great for a person that loves things that smell good. But I cant give it a 5 because the male selclectiin if products are less in quantity than female products.

We had a great time enjoying the different smells of the candles, handsoaps,and other little artifacts they have. Theres nothing more comical than watching 4 of the Beautiful women in my life compare their choice of what smells best to them.

I always come here to keep my home scented. I also come for my own personal use. I have soooooo many products from here. I was able to make it to their sale and stocked up enough for the next 2 years. Theyll make great gifts for Christmas and birthdays. Nice employees!

I always have a great experience when I visit Bath & Body in the Killeen Mall. The customer service is always more than 100%, and the employees go above and beyond to find what Im looking for. Not to mention, their coupons and deals are really great, and save me tons of money. The email perks are great too! Love this store😁

Absolutely love this store. Staff is extremely helpful and take customer service to the next level. The sales are wonderful and the selection is well worth the trip. Store is kept well stocked and clean. There is a wide array of scents for anyone including men. Definitely worth the visit.

I love them but over the years theyve changed and not in a good way. I miss when you knew what it was by looking at the name. Now its all mixed up fragrance. I still like it and I love the new candle side. I only go on sale days. Great deals

Came a week or so ago originally planning on figuring out which fragrance candle I wanted and was just going to order online with my coupon. Paula stopped me and talked with me while I was trying different candles and convinced me to just order in store. She was amazing, I ended up getting more candles than planned but was worth it. Thanks Paula!

Meeehhhh. Everyone is usually so nice at B&B, this time not so much. Floor staff were either busy or simply didnt notice me and my entourage (aka 2 kiddos) the woman who rang up my purchases didnt ask for email then when I went to add it on the card reader for my receipt she cancelled the option and printed it out. All and all she had a VERY OBVIOUS bad day or she just didnt like me lol or just has less than average basic customer service skills. No hi, No bye, no have a great day. In Texas Im used to manners this employee seemed to lack said manners. Would rather buy online from now on.

A little to in my face when I walked in. My fault I guess because I was on the phone. Also, at the register that I waited at what seemed like forever considering there was only one, then two associates, each tending to customers, I was left waiting. After one customer left, the one associate fiddled with room sprays at the register than walked off, leaving me standing there waiting. Then I finally received assistance after the associate patiently waited for her customers to walk off, after doing a quick text. Must be an off day for me and them because today was not a good experience at all.

I love their products! Their lotions are always super hydrating so you dont have to use very much and it lasts longer. Only problem I have is with one of the over eager staff wh kept calling me girl while trying to hard to push for a sale. She wasnt rude but you can tell when a person is being that fake.

Wow everything in here smells AWESOME!! I go in with the family and walk out with bags full of good-smellin soaps, candles & lotions! My wife always seems to coax me into walking in, and from there starts a whirl-wind of smells the likes of which there is no return, lol! If my wife could, she would buy up the whole store. To see her happy and to have good smelling hand soap at the house, life is indeed good!

I usually have no problem when I go to both and body works the girls and guys are always so nice and helpful but not on Saturday 9/29/18. I was cashing out and went to go use my 20% coupon but couldn’t find it so I said to the girl (Sadie) I always get them I must of deleted it on accident Sadie then said well it’s either the 20% with the coupon you have or you pay your balance that this shown. She was extremely rude. She could I’d easily looked up my email to see that I get them all the time and I always go there. I got another co worker and she told Sadie I come here all the time to go ahead and give it to me but she refuses. So another employee came up and said just give her the 20% off we know she’s gets them. Point being this girl is extremely rude she should not be talking to customers the way she did. The manager Jackie who I spoke with was very nice and made sure I got it.

As for customer service.. Sadie was very rude and she was whispering to her co worker how she didnt have patience and just all around being rude. Made me feel like i didnt know what i was talking about and answering with an attitude.. very unprofessional. Ive never had a problem with anyone else there. I kept my cool and didnt respond in any unprofessional manner.

Staff is rude sad to say!!! Also B&BW stopped making most of the amazing smells like the old sleep currently everything has cedar wood in it and its disgusting gives me an instant headache what i miss most is mango Mandarin and champagne Vineyard kiss the list goes on unfortunately I feel as if Im wasting my time every time I shop online shipping is outrageous and when I do order my stuff candles specifically are always broken which means I have to waste more of my time dealing with that Ive been shopping B&BW well over 15 years and sad to say but even with the discounts Ive lost my desire to spend my money there due to poor service and especially lack of meeting the needs of the customer that is all for now!

Great store but the lady there was really pushy telling me what to buy and wanted me to add more to my stuff. I keep saying no thank u no thank u she was like its a good deal ! U got to do it. Ok u pay for I told her and,walked out with nothing I think she was a store manger not to sure.

Got the body wash jelly. My daughter gave me some for mothers day. I highly recommend them. sea island sand is my fav. Also the aroma therapy are delicious as well, Comfort is my fav.

Although bathandbodyworks to longer carries my favorite scent, the sales ladies were fantastic in helping me finding something equivalent. I didnt quite like one of them so I combined it with another scent and got something close to what Im used to wearing.

The staff is so enthusiastic and engaging. They make each visit a blast by pointing out new products or reminding you of those you love so much.
