Professional and polite staff. The store had all materials I needed for my course.
I cannot get ahold of anyone from the bookstore. The phone number just has a busy signal no matter when you call or how often. I’ve sent emails to no avail. I’m trying to adjust my order before it’s processed and I just cannot get anyone to help me. I’m from out of town so going up there isn’t an option. I get that it’s the busiest time for them but the students are also super busy trying to get everything sorted for the semester. It’s really hard to have to wait until we receive our refund disbursement to purchase books. We get disbursement the Thursday before the semester starts. That gives us only 2 days to order books. It’s the second day of class and I haven’t received a confirmation that my books have been shipped. It’s super frustrating.
The staff was very helpful. For a small store, they have a lot of supplies. They frequently run special prices on logo items.
No one responds to emails and every phone number I can find for them returns a disconnect notice.
Good bookstore, helpful staff. Stationary items are a little pricey.
The manager here is amazing, I cant remember her name, but she is professional, friendly and very helpful
I have never had a problem here for the last year. Then, all the sudden this semester I order my books online (like I always do) and it took them 4 weeks to respond to me. I ended up having to go inside the store 3 times before I got my books. Not happy with them this semester.
Staff members are very helpful each time I have needed to help with my books! They even offered suggestions for me to save money!!!
Spoke with a temp named Michelle and she was very rude and unprofessional. She was having multiple conversations with other people in the back while assisting me on the phone. She had a very inappropriate attitude (almost like she did not want to be there). I was inquiring about Fall Semester books and she responded very rudely and quoted it is July 8th, our priority right now is summer semester. However, weeks prior when I spoke with the manager (who is the MOST FRIENDLIEST person you will ever meet) told me they would receive fall semester books and/ or the digital around this time frame. So, I was just calling to verify before I drove up there. It is okay that the books were not there at this time frame, however, the way she presented herself over the phone was unnecessary. I love TAMU-CT and again, the manager is amazing -- this temp Michelle however, needs someone to show her how to be respectful and professional. Poor choice of a representative of such a great school [TAMU-CT].

Usually short staffed during the busiest time of each semester, otherwise the store is typically well stocked with basic supplies, university gear, and snacks.
