However the process with I’m assuming the finance manager/owner was not so smooth and pleasant. While signing my paperwork I had a question that he did NOT know the answer too and actually got an attitude about it, he definitely needs to work on his customer service skills!!

They sales people are friendly and mive quickly to get you into a car. However this place sold me a lemon. Needed a new motor($2,000 worth of work) within 30 days of me purchasing the vehicle. I paid for the warranty... No help. They are trying to say i hit something. Their mechanic shop is in cahoots with them and when i went to speak with the mechanic directly he was very standoffish, rude and unhelpful. Complete waste of $2,000 i put down. Smh i do not recommend.

Baught a car, so far I am pretty happy with it. The sale person was pretty nice. But they wouldnt budge on the price, even for cash. I was so happy to finally be getting a car I could depend on, that I did overlook a few minor details that I should have made them fix if they werent going to budge on the price. But thats what I get for not being more aggressive about it.

Walter was great. He didnt try to get me into something I didnt want. It is a turnoff to go to a dealer and be pressured to get something other than what we came for. He took the time to get me in exactly what I wanted and explained the vehicle in detail. Great experience dealing with him. Fast, easy and friendly.

I want to take a moment and relay my experience with Budget Used cars. I found myself in need of a vehicle after my Durango finally died and my family was left all hit stranded. After a harrowing experience with many other lots in town I found a Hyundai mini van that was literally perfect for my family. Disabled seat for my mom, third row seating for the kiddo, comfortable, drove great. We fell in love with this and after being told “No” so often, Walter was phenomenal and worked tirelessly in order to secure the sale.There was an issue with a check engine light that came on less than 24 hours after purchase, but again, Budget Used Autos came through! On May 23, 2016. I bought a vehicle from them and paid $1,700 for the superior protection warranty they offer. 4 months later the transmission goes out with no warning. This car was no abused in the 120 days I was able to drive it. Budget used car and the superior protection warranty plan company were of any help. Do Not buy a car from here. They sell lemons.

The registration and handling of the final payment had some issues due to the complexity of an out of state registration. The ladies in the billing office did first rate research to ensure we didnt pay any fees we were not obligated to pay.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!I had to edit this review because while Drew himself was excellent, this dealership is not.I purchased a Cadillac SRX that broke down on me the following day on the highway. My husband had to literally harass management to get them to reimburse half of the repair costs. To this day the car constantly breaks down and all of the electrical is shot. If you come across this dealership...RUN, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!
