This is the best dealership I’ve ever been to! Joe Brown is the best salesman I’ve ever known. When the odds were stacked against me and I needed a vehicle with very limited resources, Joe Brown and the financing team got it done for me!! My key fob was having trouble registering to my car and so it was towed back to the dealership. Joe is putting me in another vehicle temporarily while mine is being looked at so they can make sure there is nothing more wrong with it. THIS has been customer service at its finest. We drove from Austin so I wanted to make sure that the Sorento would be here when we drove over an hour to test drive it - I spoke with Marisa, she took the time to make sure it hadn’t been sold and ensured that it would be here when we arrived. We walked in and was immediately greeted by Joe he was so helpful even when we asked for someone else - he ended up waited on us and he was amazing - the whole process went so smooth, he answered all our questions and it was the best delivery presentation we’ve ever had buying a vehicle! This is hands down the best car experience ever! I called in as a referral from kia.com after looking on their website for newer vehicles. The pricing was the same on the lot as online which very often not the case a lot of the time. The sales staff was sharp, focused, helpful, caring and purposeful. Finance was professional and I can tell that the team works together full of purpose and that their goal is more than the money. My trade was very fair and pricing on my vehicle enough for me to drive from Austin, TX. My day was brightened by this wonderful dealership. You need to see how they can help you.

I purchased my last vehicle from here in 2019. It was a great experience. So much so that I came back 8/2021 to explore a new purchase option. It was made abundantly clear that they don’t need my patronage because they are so busy. I understand it’s a sellers market right now. It won’t alway be, that’s basic economics. What I would like is basic customer service. I want give over a lot of money for a new vehicle…. in return just be attentive and act like I do matter as a customer even if 4 more just walked in the door.
Great pesonal and service! When we come to the KIA Car Dealership, James immediately approached us and asked what interests us. We brought our old Ford Eskaype for evaluation to buy a KIA Sportage with a surcharge. James showed us what cars were available and we did a test drive of the car we liked. Then James very quickly and professionally did the calculation and after we agreed on the cost, he took us to Mario, with whom we had already made a deal. We were pleased with the deal and service. I bought a used vehicle, I came in pre-qualified and knowing exactly what I wanted. No one tried to change my mind or add anything too crazy on. They do add a GPS into their vehicles that they charge you extra for. They say its to help with insurance rates for you and its anti-theft, thats cool and all but its genuinely so they know where to find it if they need to repo. I dont mind too much though. All in all it was a decent experience. I was in and out in under 4 hours!! That was a huge plus and it really wasnt the usual dealership hassle. All in all Jeff and Debby were efficient and the process was smooth.

Easiest 5-star review Ive done in a long time. Ive had some bad car-buying (and even just car-shopping) experiences. There was always a disconnect between initial conversations and what numbers ended up on the offer. Other dealerships misrepresent, constantly sell you on extras & sometimes downright lie. Salespeople have been rude & tried to gaslight us, acting like expecting forthright information is a crazy ask.This was the first time buying a car that I had a consistent message from my initial phone call, to meeting with the sales representative (hi LaShanda!), to finalizing all the numbers. No pushiness, no corniness, no rudeness. Every single employee we interacted with was kind & helpful. A giant shout-out to LaShanda for being our guide through the entire process.If you are shopping for a car in Austin, and getting mixed messages or pushy/rude sales staff, STOP. This was the very worse experience to have. I got a ticket because my temp tags were expired. Now I can’t get the plates because they were issued to a dealer. I got a ticket because the governors stay on ticketing has expired. I can’t drive my brand new car and all the people there can do is hang up on me. I’m calling a lawyer today but for anyone who sees this. Please stay away. Please.

Shopped for Telluride. Advertised price online with numerous websites of MSRP, then told that it costs $4,000 MORE if you want to buy it...and bragged to me they would even charge MORE if the customer was from another state. They had addendums from other dealers that showed a higher markup, therefore making their price more fair. In my experience in sales, you cannot just go get addendums from other dealers without either buying a car, or obtaining them without their consent. Desk manager was rude and condescending to us, talked down to me about how economics and law worked. Charging as much as a Lexus for a value-brand car is ridiculous. When the prices of vehicles go back down, I will remember this encounter forever. It is my opinion that they would sell their own reputation up the river for one season of inflated prices. I hope theyve done their homework and decided its worth it. I love Kia. Ive had multiple over the years, even buying a very expensive Stinger GT1. I dont think that you could PAY me to shop for a car with these people again.

It was excellent as always. I came in and was acknowledged and waited on right away. We discussed the need for an oil change and decided on the fuel injection check-up instead, as the car had had an oil change recently. Mr. Barker said it would be about an hour and it was. He went over everything that was done, asked if I had any questions (I didnt; his explanations were thorough), and got me on my way. Wonderful!
Overall this dealership was fine to deal with. We did have a problem getting the plates for our daughters car. She called the dealership twice inquiring about her plates. Both times she was told they had been mailed. It was not until I called to get to the bottom of the issue was it resolved.

I was at this Killeen KIA dealership today. I have bought a vehicle in the past with great professionalism and walked out with an excellent deal. However, today was the complete opposite. I was looking at the K4978 2019 KIA Forte that was listed for $14,640 on their website. When the finance guy, Terry Cameron, came back with his pricing plan, he added the price to $19,965. He told us he was going to give us a $3000 trade in on our Honda Civic. This brought the total price of the car down to $16,965. In addition, Terry wanted us to put $1,686 down. This in turn would have us paying anywhere between $318-384 a month for 72 months. Which in turn would have us paying in total $23,000 for this particular vehicle. In addition, he was belittling our needs and replying with cynical remarks. The service was utterly unprofessional and I left there with the knowledge of being scammed to the fullest all due to Terry Cameron. This is not an honest business. We will never be returning to this location to purchase a vehicle all due to Terry Cameron! Buyer be extremely aware!

The worst experience I had in my car buying experience. The one star is due to the great customer service I received from Lashanda. If it wasnt for her, this company would not be getting any stars from me. I reached out to them via online to buy a kia telluride. This morning, I received an email back from Marissa that showed the price of the car I wanted at $37k. She told me that since the car was not in the lot yet, I should go in and sign the paperwork so I can reserve the vehicle for myself. When I got to the store, they told me that the $37k I was quoted was the msrp and they raised the price to $39k (because of after market value). My issue is...that never in my life have I been given a price for a car by the dealership and told a higher price later (obviously not including the sales tax and other fees). I have always went to a dealership, given a price and negotiated it to a lower price. These people gave me a lower price online, brought me in the store, and gave me a higher price. My thing is, why even give me the msrp if that is not what was going to be offered to me? And on top of that, they made me feel dumb while trying to defend their people. So disappointed. This being a small military town, you would thing people would actually give a s*** for the people but nope...its all about the money at the end of the day.
My wife just bought a Kia Soul here and we had a great experience. Our salesman Jeff did a great job answering questions and even had the car we were coming to look at (from out of town so we called ahead) waiting out front for us when we got there. When it wasnt exactly what we were looking for he showed us another and allowed her to drive both to compare.Our finance officer was Debi Fox and she did a great job explaining the options without trying to force an up sale on us and kept a great attitude with us even though the storm knocked the power out four times during the process forcing her keep starting over.Overall we had a great experience buying here and highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

In reply to the John Cassidy review the name of the person Finance Guy was not Terry Cameron as he was not present at the time of the incident. Mr Cassidy should do more research before putting a persons reputation at risk. Again the best dealership I have ever worked with but sometimes it is just not possible to please everyone.

My wife bought a new Nero back in 2018 and was given 4 free oil changes lol what a joke !!! Her car only has 14000 miles on it 1st oil change was done a Kia the 2nd was done locally so I went to the dealer and now we have no free oil changes so what happened to the last 3 oil changes and all the other oil changes I had on the other 3 cars we have had and not usedSO BUYERS BE WHERE service after the sale is not good
I recently brought my sister to shop for a car. I was very surprised by the amount of care we received by your staff. Mr James really gives car sales men a new look. He was very knowledgeable and it actually felt like cared about the best possible choice for my sister and pockets.
This is the breast dealership that Ive ever dealt with. Both the sales and service department have been wonderful to my wife and I. The service department is well priced, prudent and helpful. They saved me 30% on a huge service on my car after I incorrectly identified the problem. They will stand by their work and always do what they can to be true to you and their high ethics.
Here’s my review- we had worked with sales and disclosed the recent hail damage on our trade in, minor and only on the hood, as well as details that I am on bedrest and expecting a baby in 2 weeks and a 2 year old- all before we drove an hour to the dealership. Once we got there they wouldn’t negotiate down $1k, which is the total out the door price we told them we would need before we came. I spoke to the manager, publicly, about how we had disclosed this information and how I thought it was very unprofessional of them to not negotiate over $1k when they knew our situation. The manager agreed it was unprofessional but wouldn’t do a thing about it.So, just be ware of who you’re doing business with as the ethics seem to be out the window with this one.
Kenny was great and very pleasant to speak with. I usually hate to take my vehicle in and sit and wait for hours to get things done but he made it very welcoming as he was kind and helpful to me as well as every other customer who came in.
Very disappointed, we came here last week to get service and have a noise checked out. Got noise fixed for 485 bucks, got home and noticed they didnt service the car, was told to come back and they would take care of it pronto, came in and was told it would be 3 to 4 hours, went home and made an appointment, now keep in mind we live 40 minutes away, got here 10 minutes before appt time and 1 and a half hours later and still waiting. Not a big fan anymore of this dealership.

We traded in our Kia Optima towards a Telluride on March 13th and the dealership has yet to payoff the Optima they acquired from us resulting in us being harassment by Kia Finance for a payment on the Optima which hasnt been in our possession for almost a month. The whole process has been far from easy and we dont plan on purchasing another vehicle from this dealership.

I give Jamie 5 stars!!!However, my experience with the manager and finance department deserves 0 stars...I came in during one of their promotions and the sales manager gave my promotion card to the receptionist. When I came back from my test drive, the sales manager and receptionist somehow misplaced my promotion card. The manager tried to explain to me that it wasn’t a big deal that my promotion card, with my personal information and address, was misplaced.Debi, in finance, helped me with my paperwork. While I was back in the finance department, I purchased an oil change package. However, prior to purchasing the oil change package, I asked if the package was good at any Kia dealership as I move often. I was told, “Yes!” Turns out, that is not true!Debi sent my paperwork to my mother via FedEx. My mom received the paperwork and sent it back. However, Debi claimed that my mother did not send the paperwork back and that I was lying to her. Turns out, Debi was not given the paperwork in a timely manner by someone at the dealership.
From the first communication from the internet department (Larissa, who was so prompt and efficient in her duties I thought she was my sales person, haha), to our sales rep (Lashanda, who was unbelievably FUN and an absolute pleasure to deal with), to the warm welcome and caring demeanor shown by the finance manager (here is where her name fails me, but she exuded confidence and professionalism), my experience was among the best I’ve ever had in my 30 years of buying vehicles. There is a reason we’ve bought two cars at this dealer before, and people like those above are the reason we’ll continue to return and recommend. My experience buying my 2020 Sportage was exceptional! Jeff was very courteous, patient and informative. The finance department was efficient & expeditious. The entire process was outstanding and I am so happy with my new Kia!!
Unfortunately, I purchased a used vw Tiguan from them and was told it has had no previous issue with the vehicle. After one week of driving my vehicle the check engine light came on. I took it back to dealership and told them my issue. They then proceeded to tell me the private information that they had done previous work on the turbo because it had pressure issues. It made wonder why I was with held from these hidden characteristics after asking about the history of the vehicle. When buying used cars there’s always the risk of getting a “lemon” because of the asymmetric information between the buyer and seller. It’s just disappointing when you can’t even trust your local dealership to give you the base line information about the car. It’s only been a matter of 6 months and my car is in the repair shop for expenses in the upper $4000. I’m a college student and don’t have the funds to pay for expensive repairs shortly after purchasing a car. I hope others have had a better experience with Dennis Eakin Kia, but I would have to recommend going somewhere that has basic moral standards and is more transparent with buyers.
The day we went to purchased our car everything was well until the sales person was with another customer. The price on the car we were to purchase was 18k and then on the loan they added more money..they were also supposed to add trade in which they had originally appraised at 9k. Our trade in vehicle had a negative equity of 1k and they were supposed to add it to the new loan but they didnt not then they called me a month later saying we needed to come back with 3k to pay they loan of my trade u. Vehicule .the sales person never revised es the paper work or checked with thebank vank. Please be aware when you go to any dealership they dont care abt anything but money. This is came. We ended up paying the 3k.
No one really showed me the ins and outs with my new vehicle. I had no clue where the gas cap was. I had no one to tell me how to use any of the features in the vehicle. I had to have my son show me how to use everything on the screen in my car. The salesman only showed me how to connect my phone and thats it.
My service coordinator, Mr Baker, makes sure that all my concerns or issues are looked at, and he keeps me updated while I wait for my car servicing.

Let me preface this by saying I love my 2021 Telluride S Trim! However, my sales experience was mediocre at best. I am not hard to sell, however, I expect knowledge and world class service from my team. I bought a dark moss telluride on Wednesday. I was not in love with the color, I expressed this with Mrs. Wilson and inquired about the nightfall package. I was told that I could add nightfall for 1600 which is not true. I found out later that nightfall is for the top 2 tiers and I feel that if I would’ve known this from my sales person I could have went up a tier or waited on a color I like more!! I was literally trying to schedule the upgrade and only then I found out that it’s not really possible without several thousand dollars add on not 1600 as stated to me. I take full responsibility for not looking into this on my own, unfortunately I trusted sales to accurately answer questions. I called Mr. Cameron to express these concerns and I felt he was very dismissive and asked why hadn’t I called Ms. Wilson back to ask. Why would I call someone back when I feel like I’m being misinformed?? I called the person that I thought was in charge of sales. I was then directed to parts and service if I wanted to upgrade and get a quote. Overall, I’m just not 100% happy with my experience to say I spent 40K on a car. Now I have a car color I’m not in love with because I thought I could add on at a cost I was told.
This was the best car buying experience ever. Our 21 year old need a new car. She had never bought a car before. She test drove 2 cars and bought one and we were there only about 3 1/2 hours.
I went to Jamie for my first car and was specific about what I wanted and he got me exactly what I wanted. Fast forward 6 months later and that car O loved so much gets totaled because someone ran a red light. After being devastated that my pretty new new car was gone, I called Jamie right away and told him. A week later, I not just had a new car, but one I love even more. My buying experience was good with them, but they sold me the wrong warranty I dont know how they managed to do that and all I received was an apology, I had been trying to get help from them for a while but since the car is sold so I guess they feel the responsibility to rectify their mistake
Me and my wife went in and were treated extremely well from the staff and more specifically Mr. Jeff San Nicolas. He never gave up on us and found a great deal and put us in a great car. Overall our Experience was the best I’ve ever experienced at a dealership and will be going back to Jeff for another car.

Service department tried to take advantage of my young daughter by telling her an optional recommended fuel treatment was required or it would void her warranty. We have purchased 3 cars here and will no longer use them.
They are very courteous, the repairs or maintenance is done in a very timing manner. They keep you informed of the status and transportation is offered if needed. The service consultant walked me back to my car when done and makes sure that everything is done and the computer is reset. I would recommend this dealership highly.
There to slow. They service people they no first. Its no order to the place. 2 hours for a oil change. And they gave me the appointment. They really need customer service skills. Are better management. They get a F. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Super disrespectful when they dont get their way. Id give negative stars if I could. Everything was all good until we didnt have the proper proofs on hand, which werent even mentioned until we spent two hours talking about amenities and whatnot. Their demeanor changed instantly! Then when we went to leave, the man in charge came out to our car and talked to us like we didnt understand what was happening, even though we have been researching cars for months. He told us to never come back to his lot and waste his peoples time as if we didnt just have our time wasted as well. Furthermore, we just got in a wreck and he tried to close our car door on my boyfriends foot. He also called our car a POS so theres that.
They sold me my first car that I could get on my own, which would have been a pretty great thing except my windshield wiper fluid reservoir was broken when I drove off the lot that day. It has been broken ever since then because I can’t afford to fix it on the car I haven’t even finished paying off and it’s just hard to believe they didn’t know that was an issue on the car because it’s so basic. It’s literally a daily inconvenience for me, so the experience has been very disappointing unfortunately.After posting my review initially, I got a “response from owner” and have been trying to reply, but can’t. Finally I asked someone if they had the same experience with google and they said it’s not google it’s because the response was deleted. So now I’m not sure what to make of the situation, yet again. Why was the response deleted? Wish I could add pictures for reference, but honestly I’m baffled at the response/professionalism and can’t recommend a company that can’t problem solve because problems clearly happen.

My husband and I went there a few weeks ago. Unprofessional environment sales team werent wearing their face masks properly. They only had one Telluride on the lot at the time and the presentation of the suv was horrible, very dirty. Definitely would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We ended up going to another dealership and buying our Telluride. So happy we made that decision.
Recieved a letter thru mail aparently to win some price 500$ to be exact.. It was a total false disclaimer and wasaaaste of total time having to drive up there for a false advertising. It was to good to be true. When i got there sales man told me all it was is a 3 day vacation and had to pay blah blah blah. If there wasnt another person there with the same advertising i wouldnt have believe it. It was just a trap to get people there so they could sell cars.. Waste of time, my little one was all excited.
Josh was great! I told him everything I was looking for plus the amount I wanted to spend. He followed up with me the next day and the car matched everything with an amazing price and decent mileage. A week and 3 months later after I purchased the car he followed up with me. I am enjoying my car! I received so many compliments. I’m grateful Josh was my salesman.
Went in looking at a white Ford expedition king ranch that was around $26,000. Was told my monthly payment with trading my Subaru in would be around $900 a month by the sales manager. Thank goodness I just decided to go across the street to Ford where I got a brand new $40,000 SUV with shorter terms and hundreds of dollars a month less than what I was quoted for a $26,000 used vehicle. Don’t see this place lasting very long with the management they have

We had to wait a couple of days before we could complete the purchase of our new Kia Optima, Jamie stepped up to help. I purchased my new car two days ago assisted by Jamie and Mario. Theres not enough words to say how wonderful they are. The entire staff is very friendly and caring. When I walked in I was quickly greeted by Jamie who listened to what I was looking for. Pulled out vehicles for me to test drive and even took me to another lot so I could have piece of mind I didnt go home wondering if the other car was a better option. In the end I choose to buy a brand new car vs an used one because they not only made sure I got a good amount for my trade in, got the best deal including incentives and a discount on my car but also worked tirelessly to make sure I got a fantastic interest rate! The process was very smooth. Once I chose the car and we discussed the payment that would fit in my budget they made it happen AND from financing to signing it was about a 45 minute wait. One of the things that stands out is how much they really care. They both stayed 2 hours after closing so I could take the car home that night. Not once did I feel like a dollar sign or just a number but rather as a welcomed friend. And that soeaks volumes to me. Mario listened to all of my questions and concerns and was very thorough before I signed. If you want great service AND a fabulous deal go see Jamie and Mario they will go above and beyond for you!

Scheduled a test drive for 12:30. I was on the road at 11. Arrived at 12:35 and the car was sold. Marisa emailed at 11:15 confirming my appointment. We all know the car buying process does not last 20 or 30 minutes. She should have emailed informing me someone else was purchasing the vehicle.They offered to fill up up my car. Yes, putting $5 in my car makes up for your lack of professionalism, the 150 miles I drove, and the 3 hours out of my day.It is evident they only care about the sale and not people. They didnt offer to help me find another vehicle or anything else.
