There were 3 guys in the store when I came in and no one asked if I needed help. But when my husband walked in they were ready to help him. Even though the shoes I really wanted were at champs Id rather go somewhere else then deal with poor customer service.

Worst customer service EVER!! We walked in the store and its two young ladies at the front of the store. A female worker was playing with another male (staff). We looked around for a few minutes or so.. Some walked from the back of the store to see if we needed anything.. ( she only asked because I kept making eye contact with her) . The service is RIDICULOUS!!! Its shopping season ( Christmas) you would think they wanted to make money.. 5 staff members on the floor and no one spoke..

Very nice shopping experience. The employees are courteous and go out of their way to meet the customer’s need. Destiny helped to get a pair of shoes expedited from another store for me to be able to get my daughter the one thing she wanted for Christmas. Thank you Destiny.

I went to Champs to buy my daughter sneakers for school. The shoes that we liked for her, they did not have in her size. The guy that was helping me offered to order them in her size and have them shipped to my home. Awesome. So as Im checking out he tells me that he ordered the wrong size. He went to what seemed like the supervisor and I was assured that this would be fixed. Okay, cool. People make mistakes, so I didnt make a big deal. I had more shopping to do so I told them I would come back. I come back about 30 mins later, Im told that they are still on the phone with customer service but, again, Im ASSURED this would be fixed. I was asked to leave my contact information and I would get a call once its resolved.I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL AT ALL THAT DAY.However, I still did not make a big deal, I trusted that it was fixed.Today, I received the shoes and they are TWO SIZES too big!! Still the wrong size! I was upset bc these are my daughters school shoes and she has already started school this week. Now, Im pissed bc no one at the store answers the phone and Ive literally been on hold for customer service for 30 minutes!! I will continue to hold bc I have time today but it seems like I will have to take a trip to the store. Talk about a inconvenience esp when they tried to make it convenient by ordering/shipping the shoes in the size my daughter needed.There was no follow up and the problem was not corrected. Work on the customer service.Thank you for lying to me and disappointing me and my daughter.

Gone to this store plenty of times and can never get help, no one is ever on the floor and when there is they just look at you and walk to the back where you can hear them laughing and talking. Worst customer service with attitude when you do get help smh.

Awesome service and the staff go over the top to make sure you get what you need and want.
