That manager Joshua in shift 8/2: 5:45pm has no customer service no empathy. My Parents are retired military vets and the systems wasn’t going thru with the military discount and he just said register online to a 70yrs old veteran. He shouldn’t even work in retail

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me pick a shoe out for my son because hes a sneaker head lol. Will be back to buy more shoes definitely

If they dont have your size in stock they will order it for you.You can pick up your purchase in store or have it delivered to your place of residence.

Always the latest version of shoes and decent prices on apparel which is a plus, but sizes are pretty much the most common sizes and they dont know what they can even order in sizes bigger than a 13. Hit and miss with staff.

Great selection of shoes

Zyaire was the employee acting like he was assisting us. He was rude and acted like we were bothering him by purchasing shoes for my son. When checking out he yelled at someone outside of the store while Im standing roght in front of him. He needs to be retrained he has absolutely no customer service skills.
