Denise is ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! She is very friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to fit my needs. I have been back several times described what I want and she always delivers and then some. She is the only associate I deal with, but I know everyone in the Killeen store is great.

Went in to the Killeen Texas location and the very bitter female enployee insisted I had to wear a mask. I have several medical issues that prevent me from wearing a mask, she wouldnt give me a moment to let her know. She said wear a mask or leave! I went to another jewelry store with in the same mall and they gladly helped me. Guess Kays employees dont appreciate their potential customers. Wasnt a huge sale but I did make a purchase at the other jewelry store. Kays you just lost a $429 sale this time, but you lost me as a loyal customer.

Every single time I go in there (after I’ve spent the money) I’m waiting for 30+ mins for a simple pick up!!! They would rather show their other customers every piece in the store than to just hand me my already paid for jewelry! Worst customer service EVER

My friend and I walked in to get my ring looked at and cleaned. We were in the store more than 10ins with 4 associated staring at is but didnt offer help at all. After 12 mins passed with the same 4 associates still standing around, we left with no help.

Worst customer service Ive seen from a jewelry store. Called all day to follow up on a ring that was more than 10 days late. They nor their customer service center answered all day. Then I go to the store and watch her ignore the telephone while I called from inside the store. Its almost as if I gave them thousands of dollar just to give it them. I still dont have anything to show for my money or a solid answer. DONT GO HERE, GO TO HARRIS or a BUBBLEGUM MACHINE at least something will come out for your quarter.

Very disappointed. This store ruined a lifelong customers view and opinion of Kays. After many large purchases from Kays, I will not be returning for additional purchases. My husband took his very expensive watch for repair after only having worn it 4 times. He was quoted a repair of approximately $70 in March 2018 but didnt want to spend the money. Because this watch was a wedding present, I took it back in August 2018 and was quoted $170+ for a repair. Unbelievably deceptive! Additionally, the repair vendor didnt want to replace the battery, yet we paid for a lifetime of battery replacements. As a loyal customer and a military service member, I am absolutely disgusted by a business trying to cheat customers. Kays didnt keep the paperwork from March 2018, and according to them, this is the repair vendors quoted price, not theirs.UPDATE: The manager called me back and was willing to come down on the price to $112 which is better than the $170. While she was extremely professional, I am still unhappy with the jump in price. This is either a vendor repair issue or its Kays. Either way, I feel like someone is trying to cheat the customer. I will be digging in my files for the original quoted price.

The manager, Amy, is great. We did have a bit of a wait time, but once we were taken care of, she showed us how everything is digitized now.We went in to get our rings cleaned, and my stone was loose, so needed to be sent off for repair, which we were told would take 2 weeks. However, we got an email with the status and a photo of my ring, and told wed get email updates.

So a little back story...I bought my husbands wedding ring at a Kay Jewelers in Kansas 6 years ago. Earlier this year one of the large diamonds was discovered to be loose in its setting and due to its size, it would need to be sent off for a special repair. We had no problem with this since we paid extra for the protection plan, weve had to send off jewelry before while in Kansas and had no problems. We were told that it would take 6-8 weeks and around week 7 I started calling. I kept getting the run around and finally talk to one employee who tells me that the ring has arrived and is ready to be picked up. I drive to Killeen Mall and lo and behold....the ring is missing!!! Theyre only guess is that the ring was accidentally thrown away. Listen, I bought the most expensive mens wedding ring they carry and youre trying to tell me that someone accidentally threw it away?! They get us another ring which now has no sentimental value like the original. Fast forward 6 months to the next inspection, a diamond is loose....AGAIN....ON A WHOLE NEW RING!!! It gets sent off, again, and when it comes back through UPS supposedly the box had been cut open and the ring stolen!! That was 2 weeks ago, fast forward to today....Apparently the ring has been discontinued and theyll have to get us a totally different ring!!! So beyond pissed off, every time Ive gone into the Killeen store the employees have been very rude. My husband happened to run into their manager, who he just spoke over the phone with last week, when she comes into his store and is surprised that its him who the ring belongs to. Youve lost his ring now 4 times, we no longer even have the original ring, AND YOU DONT EVEN KNOW WHO THE CUSTOMER IS?!?!?! I know someone who will definitely be calling her lawyer in the morning!!!!

Awful experience. Associate makes a mathematical mistake that I have to pay for. My husband purchased diamond earrings for our anniversary in September and the associate - Denise told us we could apply for Kays credit card for 12 months no interest. We were going to pay cash, but we thought it would be better to pay in monthly installments since there would be no interest. So we were paying MORE than we needed to and figured wed pay off in 6 months instead of 12 months. In December I noticed that we started getting charged for interest. So I called the Commenity bank that then told me to contact the store where we purchased the earrings. I went to the store with all the receipts and the manager - Vivian told me theyd call me back once they figure out what happened. So turns out, when we made the down payment for the earrings to qualify for 12 months no interest, we were short of $20. I didnt question associates mathematical skills and so I paid whatever she told us to pay. I got a call from Vivian who told me theres nothing they can do. She didnt even apologize for the mistake that the associate made. She said she wasnt there and didnt hear what the associate told us. Unbelievable! Never buying anything at Kay ever again, which is a shame, because my engagement and wedding ring are from Kay. Dont trust Kays associates mathematical skills and calculate everything yourself!

I recieved an Aladdin piece from the Zales collection as an anniversary present from my husband but because of my tiny fingers I had to get it sized. Unfortunately sizing it would mess up the beautiful design of the ring so I decided to get a guard to keep it from slipping off my finger. Zales were out of the size of guard that I needed so I went to the closest jewelry store which was Kay jewelers. While we were there my husband brought up that I should get my engagement and wedding rings (which we purchased from Kay Jewelers in new york) checked out since we have the warranty. I wasnt wearing any of those rings so I figured wed come back another day but I wanted to know the term of the warranty because I dont want to waste the trip there. An employee of the store asked if I needed something so I explained that I was in need of a guard for my ring and that I needed to know about the warranty. She very rudely said that we have guards but were very busy right now. Youll have to wait a very long time. The store was nearly empty. It was definitely not busy. So I denied that offer. I had better things to do than wait around for a ring guard. I asked about the warranty for my ring and she once again just rudely answered me so I left the store. Horrible customer service. She decided that my business wasnt valuable. I dont understand how they manage to sell anything in there. Ill just go to Zales the next time I need something

My experience was less than satisfactory so I went in to get a necklace soldered and was told it was going to cost 65.00 and have no guarantee on the work. It didnt use to be that way and now to replace a necklace it is 500.00 its highway robbery...smh and they wonder why people dont shop in the store like they use too

After having used Kay jewelers for over 9 years to do my repair work because we are always around a Kays (my rings were purchased at stores owned by the same company and we can use Kays for anything) until I came to the Killeen store. When we first moved here they took my ring for resizing. However, the second time the manager was EXTREMELY rude and told me I had to drive an hour to Jared. I stated that their store and any other Kays can take it because they send it to same area and she was so rude. Flash forward to today when I finally had an opportunity to go to Jared only to find out they CAN take my ring and we infact ended up at the store they would have sent my ring too. I was saddened to hear this because I now have to drive over 4 hours both round trips for my ring when she could have taken it. Her attitude as a manager is not a pleasant one, especially for being in a customer driven industry. All she did was repeatedly tell me I could trade my ring in that my husband proposed with and get new ones. That is no way to run a business, especially one so well known.

The worst experience ever at a jewlry store ever!!!!! All I wanted to do is pick up. Waited over 15 min in line just to pick up. Then when my turn came up to the counter the girl told me to step aside so she could help someone that wasnt even in line. When I returned to pick up again about 45 min later her excuse was they were all helping customers and I just needed to wait. Employees walking around with snacks not helping customers is not only a terrible excuse but you seriously just lied to my face. I dont take lies lightly from my own children why do you think you are any different. My ring was not fully repaired according to the ticket. I now have to go out of town to a different store hoping to get better service and my ring actually repaired according to my ticket. This isnt even everything. I am just so disgusted with this place I will end this with the fact that I will not ever return to that store again nor will I suggest it to anyone else! Sales person: 400761 you are a liar and do not obtain any quality customer service skills. You need to find another job or go back for a very long refresher course in customer service that will teach you lying to a customer is not the right answer ever! I did get one part of my repair completed so thank you repair shop for that.

The only time I go into this store is to get my ring inspected and even thats too much. Every time I go i leave in a horrible mood because the service is terrible. The women are rude and would rather gossip behind the counter than help their customers. I was waiting over half an hour just to get an inspection and the sales lady came out and looked right at me and turned around to go help someone who had just walked in. When I was looking for my wedding band the lady actually asked how much I had in my pocket and she would help me. Seriously?? Completely inappropriate. Ive even driven to the temple location just because I didnt want to deal with the killeen store but I shouldnt have to do that. No matter how many times someone complains nothing is ever done to fix the issues. They are very unprofessional and they try to pressure you into getting something that you never asked for just so they can get their commission on something more expensive.If I could leave zero stars I would because they dont even deserve one.Just go to temple, the sales people there are so much better. Its worth the little drive because youre going to be waiting that long at the killeen location for someone to help you anyways.Terrible store. Terrible experience.

Half the people working are extremely rude. We bought a couple rings online and had it shipped to the store in the mall. A few days later we received a message saying they were ready for pick up. So when we arrived at the store they told my wife that they were not ready and they had a process to follow. They told us to come back in a about 3 hours so we did. When we got back we waited there about 30 mins for them to find the ring I apparently it had already been ready since the first time we got there. Not only is it terrible customer service the people that are rude there are also disrespectful. Short story I will not be buying from Kay’s anymore.

Awful awful awful I left the store feeling embarrassed and in tears!! I went to get my rings sent out and looking all pretty again and this was my first time in the store I didnt even know there was one in Killeen until today!!! Well with moving across country I was outside of my 6 months of getting it inspected (7 months) less the 7 months too and they would not make an exception or could careless. I told her I worked in a mall for the past 13 years they were always taken care of religiously and you cant make an exception considering the circumstances??? Nope! After being a customer for over 10 yearsand thousands of dollars spent there I will sadly be taking my business elsewhere... Not a great first impression for sure

DO NOT BUY HERE> LIARS-LIARS-LIARS. No morals. Was told gift would be delivered by Christmas. Called 2 days prior and was told same that they were shipped. I stated that only 1 tracking number was given for 1 gift purchased and not the other. Support help stated that being Christmas that they would still shipped both under that tracking number. I informed them that I could go to store if this wasnt the case that we will cancel this online order. She stated they were shipped according to her additional page she had to look at. Today received an Email stating they had an issue with the delivery and used FED EX vs UPS today and they regret that the delivery would not be made as it was supposed to. They have really caused an issue. I have spent thousandsssss of dollars with them since 1979 when wife and I first met. Boughgt the Love story wedding set, BIG MISTAKE. When lied to there is no excuse that can be given to erase a mistake. Last word---RUN
