Jesse came out two hours before he was supposed to come take a look at our garage. Took a look at my garage door & knew exactly what to do. Got the job done in about 35-40 minutes. Lubricated the garage door, & also the rotors. Would highly recommend. If I need anything done to my garage, I know who to call!

Great service and very quick. Took less than 3 hours.

When I called I said I needed the chain be put back on and a new remote. The tech put on the chain just fine, good work! But when it came time to program the new remote, he did something so that nothing works. The wall unit doesnt even work anymore nor does the original remote, it doesnt up or down the garage door. Everything worked before he got here except the chain, now nothing. So now do they expect me to pay someone else money for something that wasnt broke to begin with before he got here. He told me my system was old and thats probably why it quit working. The chain turns when you use the remote but it doesnt up or down the door. He also said I dont know what to tell you. It quit working because he didnt know what he was doing ! I would understand if it was something I used constantly everyday all day long but its not like that. So then I call up the office and the lady wanted to send the same guy out here that doesnt know what hes doing to begin with. She says hes the only tech so I said I want the owner to come out and she flat out laughed and said hes in Dallas. I said I would wait. I just want everything working like it was before this guy got here. Now I have to wait and worry if the owner is going to make my garage open. They only charged me for the service call but thats besides the point. Heck maybe he put the chain back on wrong, I dont even know.

Totally recommend this company! Called this morning about our garage door not working. Service man was at my house within 2 hours! Very polite and found the problem so fast and fixed it. Low service call fee. Their service fee and fee for fix together was the same price has the other companies service call by itself!

This company is overcharging for a garage door. They wanted to charge me $1750.00 for a none insulated, standard garage door. When in all actuality the door shouldve only been no more than $900.00. PLEASE GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE RIP OFFS!!! A1 is much better, very professional and reasonably priced.

Technician from Premier Overhead Co. arrived on time at our initial appointment, was very professional, courteous and patient. Took the time to inspect all aspects of our garage door and explain what needed fixing and why. Tech was very helpful in giving us options on what needed fixing and recommendations to keep the garage door working perfectly. The next day the tech came back on time and fixed our garage door within 1 hour. Amazing! She took the time to explain how our new opener worked and tested the garage door to make sure it was working properly. I strongly recommend Premier Overhead to anyone!

Replaced (and upgraded at my request) 3 of my garage door motors to bring me out of the 1980s. No high pressure sales, incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly. Scheduling was flexible and easy to allow me to continue to my day while work was completed. Would highly recommend if you are looking for quality and professionalism.

Premier first came to my house at 9 pm to help get my garage door working. I have never had such quick expert help make such a late house call. Tech was very helpful and determined right away the problem was a buckeled door and it needed replacing. She spent time explaining the problem and solutions. I decided to order a new door. The door is larger than most and required a longer time to get. Premier communicated with me on the progress of getting the door. Yesterday the door was installed and the tech did an excellent job leaving her workspace neat. She again took time to explain to me how to maintain my new door.I have many repair jobs done and have never had such a polite, knowledgeable, patient technician who provided confidence and willingness to get a job done to the satisfaction of the customer.

If I could give a zero I would. I am in the Army and paid $130 for just a car garage door opener to be programmed. Mr. Maoz said my Masterlift could not be reset and my pin pad couldn’t either which was a complete lie. I have had these things reset and rekeyed for less than what I was charged here. Just a rip off. I know better next time. Do not go with this company. The tech has no clue what he is doing and the prices and not worth it at all. A1 has offered me better and more for just $130.

Something shady going on with this biz. Girl answers phone as a door lock / locksmith company and says she has no clue about garage doors. even the company website lists this phone number.I call another listing called Super Tech garage door... get the same girl who claims they are not a garage door biz. I called a 3rd company and guess who answered?!Robert in Copperas Cove (biz name is Anytime Overhead....) seems experienced and more importantly seems like an honest man.

Donald serviced my garage door and didnt leave until the job was done! Completely exceeded our expectations. Hey was very professional, he was patient, and hes very knowledgeable. When we upgrade, Ill be requesting his service again.

The website is incorrect. I had a garage door emergency and the company has no one to work on garage door on a Saturday. When the phone was answered I discovered it was a locksmith business. I was only told that there was no one to work and no one took down the website. Sorry way to run a business.

Donald is professional, knowledgeable, and it is evident that he takes pride in his work and is confident in his abilities. We needed a new opener and rollers, which we had already pre-purchased (it was not required, I learned that he has top of the line products available). Donald evaluated our needs, educated us regarding what was required to get the garage functional and provide longevity. (The previous quick fixes, while cheap, never solved the problem, resulting in costs adding up anyway.) The garage door functions better than when the house was purchased. We are confident in Donalds abilities and when he arrives at your home you can be too! He even patched an area of drywall and I did not even ask him! I personally had a great experience with them I had called the other over head company and it was actually more outrageous price than what the other commented stated they were out there quick and gave me a great estimate especially for a garage door and I couldnt be happier

I called this company to fix my door over a week ago, they rescheduled three times then decided to leave me a voicemail this morning saying they had canceled my appointment due to not having a technician. The one time they did come to my home for an estimate they said $170-230. Today I called KILLEEN OVERHEAD DOORS, and they came out with 30 minutes and had my door fixed within another 30minutes and I was only charged $95. I strongly suggest you call Killeen Overhead Doors and NOT Premier Overhead.
