Products are excellent. Price is what it is. I like their products and am willing to pay their price. Today I got a great discount ($25) on shaving cream & pre-shave oil. Service was adequate for my purposes. Sales guys were very nice & accommodating.

Got a haircut and royal shave. It was a very relaxing experience with a bit of pampering. Very friendly staff with good products as well.Can be pricey but I feel like you know that going in.

Staff is a joke, customer service is laughable, and products are overpriced. I would recommend this place to someone whom I absolutely hate. Thats how this place can stay in business. Its like a new level of hell.

No customer service at all. Sitting in the store for 25 minutes with two people working in the store and not being acknowledged. Not valuing my time? Stone manager Porsha was nice enough not to apologize when I called! Go to Neiman Marcus - respect yourself!

I found the staff both friendly and knowledgable. They even showed me the proper ways of using a straight razor which made me feel more comfortable about my purchase. I will be back there for sure!

Expensive. $40 for a buzz haircut review (-1 star). Wasnt even that good of a buzz cut really.
