Norma Rite Aid with all the basics one would need. Found exactly what we were looking for.

It says opens 9am, most of time I go there after 9am theyre close.

I gave the store one star because I wanted to come there upload money on my card from the register but they close an hour early

This is a normal Rite Aid that gets a decent amount of traffic due to its location. The interior hasnt been redone in quite sometime, but they still have roughly the selection youd expect from a place like this. Checkout is normally a tad long, but other then that its about what youd expect to experience.

The worst rite aid, the people who work there have no respect for the customers, I will never return, the poorest customer service I have ever seen

If I could give it 0 stars I would l. They need more cashiers. the line is always out the door and two people behind the counter. Don’t have 4 registers if you only have two people working them especially on the weekend. Plus the the drinks are always warm it’s a rip off when you are trying to get a cool drink

The pharmacy staff is wonderful. They know their customers and have provided excellent customer service consistently to my family over the past 7 years. This is hands down the best retail pharmacy that Ive used.

I work in the mall and often will need some supplies for my day at work or simply need to get items prior to my day for home. Too often have I gone down to this location and the store has not been open their posted hours. Customer service is rarely up to par and the employees never seem happy to help you or answer a question. Of course, this isnt the entire staff; but the rest bring them down.

Bad and poor customer service, bad attitude and its like they are doing you a favor when you shopping over there plus they are always angry and rude to the customers. I went over there 3 times and evry time I had a very bad experience I believe they dont care about the job. Put the pharmacists some thinking else they are more than wonderful.

The line can be overwhelmingly long at times.

Came due to an allergic reaction at 9:07pm for my child and this damn store was close and shut down for the night even tho is posted for 9:30 to close. Completely pissed!

My wife and I went into Rite Aid in the King of Prussia mall today, and we had the poorest customer service I ever had. My wife is a smoker and we went to the counter to purchace a pack of cigarettes, we stood at the counter for a long time. There was one girl working the cash register and she never said a word to us to take care of our needs. After several people came in the store after us, they were checked out and leaving the store. We finally went over the the check out counter and stood in line, when another girl come out of the back room and asked to take care of us. We put our stuff on the counter and checked out, she asked if we had a Rite Aid care, which we do, but with the disrespect that we recieved at that store I said we just wanted to get out of there. The check out person never told us the Item that we were buying was buy one get one free. So we paid full price for both of these items. I will never go into Rite Aid again and I will pass this story to all of my friends.P.S. We are both from Scranton Pa where Rite Aid started.

I got the worst costumer service at this Rite Aid. This Rite Aid is bad.The lady I had was so rude and had no manners. She had such a bad attitude and was acted like she was not willing to help

Theres NEVER enough cashiers in King of Prussia. They are VERY slow. And when someone does come to assist, its really a slow service. Theres an older African American woman who eats while servicing customers. She wears glasses.

The Pharmacist is very nice, I just moved here and she made my transition easy.

They need to change their hours on here they don’t close at 9:50pm

Theyre supposed to be open, but currently closed. Looked up their reviews online and this wad apparently a problem 1 year ago as well. They should update their hours of theyre incorrect, or stay open if theyre supposed to be open
