Ive been trying to get in touch with customer service for over a week. Ive sent 2 emails and made several calls all with wait times over 45 mins and Ive given up so this is my last resort.I get it. COVID-19 causes delays. But, when its been over a week with no communication thats unacceptable.The original order I purchased was on sale from black Friday and when it came I realized I ordered the wrong one and want to get in touch with someone to see if I can still get the 30% off applied to the new order. I want to place the order today so it will arrive by Christmas but dont want to place the order without the discount.Any reply will be appreciated because silence is just not okay when youre running a business.I will update this review once someone contacts me about the issue Im having.

Great merch that they stand behind w/ a lifetime warranty. Knowledgeable salesperson, just could have a) offered more fitting room assistance & b) listened when I said that I didnt need a bag. Overall good experience

The absolute best customer service!

Called and inquired whether a sale was still going on (30% off on multitools, bringing the Skeletool CX to an incredible $59 with tax). I spoke with Ian over the phone and he said the sale was no longer going on with the multitools, but that he spoke with the manager and they would honor it for me. Good thing, too, because I had just lost my regular Skeletool! He was very polite and extremely helpful. As a wilderness camp counselor in Maine, its very important for me to have good gear to rely on while leading the boys (age range is 10-16 years old) and other counselors on trips.
