Ill be honest. If your looking to pick up a pair sneakers not a bad place to go. But for me, a sneaker enthusiasts ( sneakerhead), it doesnt really hit . Sure I sometimes get stuck dealing on Resellers sites, but I need more than a pair of Nike Air Prestos ( by the way very comfortable). So go and buy. 🤷🏿‍♂️

Just tried to call to see if they had any KD 14 in stock. I literally let the phone ring for 5-8 minutes and no one answered. What’s going on there. I found a different retailer that picked up the phone

Its Christmas Eve, it was very busy but they had plenty of staff on hand. So they made it a quick in and out. Oh and btw the shoes are off the chain👍🏼

They have a wonderful selection of shoes but the employees arent very attentive it was overly crowded and there wasnt anywhere for my son to sit down and try on his sneakers that he wanted so he had to stand of course he couldnt fit them but there werent anyone around to help even size his feet apparently they dont have a foot measure I will never go there again horrible experience

Their store brand clothes is surprisingly higher quality.

At happy hour 4-6 right now. Pretty busy, not to loud, and service at the bar is quick. They only have monthly beer specials. As for HH: $5 cocktails, wine, and selected appetizers. Their boneless buffalo wings are the best wings Ive had in a while. Great blue cheese dressing. Checking out other peoples food and it looks pretty delicious.

I generally despise sneaker stores. They encourage young mind to worship brands.You have to understand whos playing and whose getting played. Heard that quote in a documentary about sneaker brands.

Very poor service. 1st time there we ordered salmon salads..about 2oz of salmon on iceberg lettuce for $13 each. A complete ripoff! Dont waste your money.

Although the food is good, the lighting is poor and the noise is level is atrocious! The place lacks any kind of sound absorbing properties. Therefore you really cant have a conversation with anybody.

The staff were to busy flirting with each other playing in there phones, didnt greet me I had to walk up to the employee Kelsey for help & she gave me attitude the entire time. These people are the bottom of the barrel. I purchased a $160 pair of sneakers & had to ask for my receipt after my purchase employee Kelsey that kid is very spiteful & ignorant & the black male employee that was flirting with her sized me up as I exited the store. If you want to deal with ignorant employees go to champs kop mall I will never spend a red cent there again that place is awful.

I was absolutely shocked to hear an employee make a racist remark into their walkie talkie. Im even more shocked that it came from an employee in a red shirt In which soon I learned meant he was the store manager. I will never shop at champs again especially since I know the type of people they hire to run their stores.

Terrible experience. Sales associates are confused about what sales they have. Told us 20% off for all jerseys. Then they rang us up and we noticed they charged full price. They changed their story and said Eagles jerseys dont apply so theyre being sold at $100. GO TO MODELLs!! Their Eagles jerseys are $32.50 less than at Champs right now.

Worst experience ever! I know where not to go ever again. I got shoes and the cashier Patrick messed my address up on some shoes he ordered me. Come to find out they cant change the address once its sent and neither can ups or me so now I have to go pick them up if I can find them. I ordered my shoes on may second and still dont have them and non of management even cared not even customer service
